Among the more unusual records are documents from the Stargate Project, which dealt with psychic powers and extrasensory perception.

Those include records of testing on celebrity psychic Uri Geller in 1973, when he was already a well-established performer.

Memos detail how Mr Geller was able to partly replicate pictures drawn in another room with varying - but sometimes precise - accuracy, leading the researchers to write that he "demonstrated his paranormal perceptual ability in a convincing and unambiguous manner".



Other unusual records include a collection of reports on flying saucers, and the recipes for invisible ink.

While much of the information has been technically publicly available since the mid-1990s, it has been very difficult to access.

The records were only available on four physical computers located in the back of a library at the National Archives in Maryland, between 09:00 and 16:30 each day.

A non-profit freedom of information group, MuckRock, sued the CIA to force it to upload the collection, in a process which took more than two years.

At the same time, journalist Mike Best crowd-funded more than $15,000 to visit the archives to print out and then publicly upload the records, one by one, to apply pressure to the CIA.

"By printing out and scanning the documents at CIA expense, I was able to begin making them freely available to the public and to give the agency a financial incentive to simply put the database online," Best wrote in a blog post.

I was just passing some time on You Tube and came across this one that shows what seems to be pictures taken of Mars from someone who was taken back in time to visit the planet.  It starts out in the middle of a discussion, so I'm not real sure what's going on here, but the pictures are interesting.  I wish there was more said about it in the "About" section, but there is nothing.

That's the dilemma facing a 30-year-old woman in New York who has fallen victim to revenge porn. The anonymous woman - who we'll call Ms X - was secretly filmed by her then-boyfriend while they were having sex.

 

After their three-month relationship ended in November 2015, the boyfriend uploaded the footage without her consent to many revenge porn websites.

All of the videos referenced her unusual, probably unique West African name, and she claims she has found herself unable to get a job as a result.

She's now suing the world's biggest search engines - Google, Bing and Yahoo - in an attempt to get a blanket ban on her name from showing up at all in searches.

Ms X's lawyer Ryanne Konan explains that the experience has traumatised his client.

"She hasn't been the same, she's been affected, she's just desperate for help. She can't even apply for jobs anymore and she doesn't know what her future's going to be like," Konan tells BBC Trending radio.

Konan managed to get the footage removed from some porn websites, but the ex-boyfriend would simply upload the videos elsewhere - and thus her name would reappear in search results.

The search engines do have systems for reporting revenge porn, but Konan says they don't work.

"We did that. But they just didn't care. They didn't take anything off. So we decided to do something stronger so they would pay attention to us," he says.

The three search engines account for over 85% of visitors to the average web page, according to the European Commission.

If the case is successful - which legal experts say is unlikely - not only would the revenge porn footage be hidden, but everything else about Ms X online would be too. Nonetheless, Konan and Ms X feel they need to take drastic action to clear her name.

Since launching the case against the search giants, Konan has been contacted by other revenge porn victims. He told Trending he's now considering a class action lawsuit.

Filmmaker Cynthia Lowen has met many victims of online harassment in the course of making her upcoming documentary Netizens.

"The ways women are targeted online are very different from the ways in which men are targeted online," Lowen says. "When you take something like non-consensual pornography, women are by and large the majority of the targets... It is much easier to humiliate, harm, harass and destroy a woman's career [and] education through non-consensual pornography than it is for a man."

Although many US states have laws against revenge porn, New York State is not one of them. Ms X's ex-boyfriend has not been charged with a crime.

The US doesn't have a a law similar to the European "right to be forgotten". In 2014, the European Court of Justice ruled that citizens could request that inaccurate, old or irrelevant personal information be deleted from search results.

The pages are not removed from the Google index entirely, nor are they deleted from the internet. Instead, searches of certain names won't uncover particular web pages. The BBC regularly publishes a list of stories that have been removed from Google results on its internet blog.

"We have a kind of unfortunate tendency in the US to think of privacy and freedom of speech to be in conflict with one another," says Mary Anne Franks, a law professor at the University of Miami. "Whereas I think in Europe it's fair to say that they're seen as being more connected with each other - that people's personal rights of dignity and expression are very closely intertwined."

Even so, the blanket removal that Konan and Ms X is asking for goes well beyond the European law. According to Joe McNamee, Executive Director of the European Digital Rights group, forcing search engines to deindex people would set a dangerous precedent.

"It makes a degree of sense in her case, but imagine if anybody could do that," he says. "If somebody was running for public office, they could erase any link between their name and any information that should be in the public domain."

Trending contacted all three search engines named in the suit - none would comment on the possibility of getting a name deindexed from their sites. As for Ms X, Konan explained to BBC Trending that all she really wants to do now is get on with her life.

New information has been uncovered that could shed some light on Breitbart's untimely death. 
These tweets definitely make Breitbart’s death look suspicious. He tweeted about John Podesta and his child sex-slavery ring years ago.  "A child sex slavery ring could bring down the entire Democrat Party, and Breitbart most likely had to be silenced before that happened."

In a tweet from February 2011, Breitbart called out John Podesta as a “world class underage sex slave op cover-upper.” It was only a little more than a year later, in March of 2012, that Breitbart died, supposedly of a “random heart attack” at the age of 43.

Is it merely a coincidence that Breitbart is dead after calling out one of Hillary Clinton’s closest staff members? If you think so, one fact may change your mind. The coroner was poisoned to death a couple weeks after Breitbart’s death as well. Another coincidence?

This all brings to mind the curious circumstances surrounding Antonin Scalia’s death by alleged “natural causes” as well. We certainly have a suspicious link between John Podesta and the death of the Supreme Court Justice as well, thanks to leaked emails from the website Wikileaks, but I digress.

Breitbart didn’t only call out Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman once, he did it several times, eluding to the “pizzagate“ scandal that set the internet on fire.

Andrew Breitbart certainly didn’t like John Podesta, and those of us who have read the depraved chairman’s leaked emails now know why. Breitbart knew all of this over five years ago, before the emails were leaked just a few months ago.

This obviously calls into question his untimely death. Whether you are a conspiracy theorist or not, this is something to look into. It definitely makes Breitbart’s death look suspicious. A child sex slavery ring could bring down the entire Democrat Party, and Breitbart most likely had to be silenced before that happened.

At first glance, you might call this a fake, but the x-rays show 6 bones and the skin is real, according to lab tests.
Also, this fits the description of the hand that many abductees and contactees have witnessed on the tall grays.

I was listening to a show on Coast to Coast yesterday, and this hand and skull, and tiny being was one topic being discussed.  It was told that this is part of the "soft disclosure" that is coming out to prepare the public for the idea that other life forms DO exist and have been here for thousands of years before they come out with the fact that LIVE ones are here and in our skies.  That would be too much of a shock for some people.

Things are about to get exciting!

By her side was a small nylon suitcase. The apartment looked as if no one had lived in it for years. All the furniture was covered with sheets.
There were no clocks on the walls, no knickknacks or utensils on the counters. In the corner was a cardboard box filled with photos and glassware.
Would you carry my bag out to the car?' she asked.
I took the suitcase to the cab, then returned to assist the woman. She took my arm and we walked slowly toward the curb.
She kept thanking me for my kindness. 'It's nothing', I told her.. 'I just try to treat my passengers the way I would want my mother to be treated.'
'Oh, you're such a good boy, she said. When we got in the cab, she gave me an address and then asked, 'Could you drive through downtown?'
'It's not the shortest way,' I answered quickly.
'Oh, I don't mind,' she said. 'I'm in no hurry. I'm on my way to a hospice.
I looked in the rear-view mirror. Her eyes were glistening.
'I don't have any family left,' she continued in a soft voice. 'The doctor says I don't have very long.' I quietly reached over and shut off the meter.
What route would you like me to take?' I asked.
For the next two hours, we drove through the city. She showed me the building where she had once worked as an elevator operator.
We drove through the neighborhood where she and her husband had lived when they were newlyweds. She had me pull up in front of a furniture warehouse that had once been a ballroom where she had gone dancing as a girl.
Sometimes she'd ask me to slow in front of a particular building or corner and she would sit, staring into the darkness, saying nothing.
As the first hint of sun was creasing the horizon, she suddenly said, 'I'm tired. Let's go now'.
We drove in silence to the address she had given me. It was a low building, like a small convalescent home, with a driveway that passed under a portico.
Two orderlies came out to the cab as soon as we pulled up. They were solicitous and intent, watching her every move. They must have been expecting her. I opened the trunk and took the small suitcase to the door. The woman was already seated in a wheelchair.
'How much do I owe you?' She asked, reaching into her purse.
'Nothing,' I said.
'You have to make a living,' she answered.
There are other passengers,' I responded.
Almost without thinking, I bent and gave her a hug. She held onto me tightly.
'You gave an old woman a little moment of joy,' she said. 'Thank you.'
I squeezed her hand, and then walked into the dim morning light.. Behind me, a door shut. It was the sound of the closing of a life.
I didn't pick up any more passengers that shift. I drove aimlessly, lost in thought. For the rest of that day, I could hardly talk.
What if that woman had gotten an angry driver, or one who was impatient to end his shift? What if I had refused to take the run, or had honked once, then driven away?
On a quick review, I don't think that I have done anything more important in my life.
We are conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments.
But great moments often catch us unaware-beautifully wrapped in what others may consider a small one.
PEOPLE MAY NOT REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID, OR WHAT YOU SAID ~BUT~THEY WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

Steven Seagal is just an actor but... he is also one who knows Putin and has spent much time in Russia. He has made friends due to his movie career and martial arts activities throughout Russia. The following 25+ minute video is rather long for those who are busy but is worth a listen IMO if someone wants to hear a refreshing opinion . Seagal says he thinks Putin is one of the greatest leaders of our time who deeply cares about Russia and the world. He also spoke about CNN being bought and paid for propaganda, how the MSN preaches a smear campaign against whoever is the chosen enemy of that week.

Something I did not know was Seagal went to the L.A. Police academy back in his younger days so he could be a reserve police office and help out in certain operations against thugs and organized crime. The academy also gave him better insight for some of his movie roles. He spoke at length about self defense and the right to bear arms. Mental health and our children and the movie industry on how it can be used for both good and bad. My respect for him as a person has increased for as before I just thought of him as a grade B actor..
