I really am stupid...just not for the reasons you think

I grew up eating what most would consider hot and spicy food... Never like Cantonese food because it was just boiled eatables.. But I will say this... over here they have some foods that will light god's burning bush if you take it to close..! Almost everything is hot and spicy which I tend to like but there are some dishes that just take the fun out of eating...not to mention the day after !
