Never like Cantonese food because it was just boiled eatables.. But I will say this... over here they have some foods that will light god's burning bush if you take it to close..! Almost everything is hot and spicy which I tend to like but there are some dishes that just take the fun out of eating...not to mention the day after ! These wedges have a coating of metal along their sides and after a few minutes in the refrigerator, can help when the stuff in that bottle decides to evacuate from the other end of your body. It's all about cooling the rim.
