Our Election is Fix / Rigged
Posted by: guohua - 07-05-2016, 06:47 PM - Forum: Election 2016 ! - Replies (25)

They let her walk, My Husband Is Raving Mad!
He knew this was going to Happen, He Knew They would Never Abide By Our Laws.
This is Obamas Administration and How Has Obama Honored and Respected The Laws Of The United States? By Ignoring Them or Rewriting Them.

What does the Law State for her actions, My husband has an article from the National Review.

Quote:There is no way of getting around this: According to Director James Comey (disclosure: a former colleague and longtime friend of mine), Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18): With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust. Director Comey even conceded that former Secretary Clinton was “extremely careless” and strongly suggested that her recklessness very likely led to communications (her own and those she corresponded with) being intercepted by foreign intelligence services. Yet, Director Comey recommended against prosecution of the law violations he clearly found on the ground that there was no intent to harm the United States. In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require. The added intent element, moreover, makes no sense: The point of having a statute that criminalizes gross negligence is to underscore that government officials have a special obligation to safeguard national defense secrets; when they fail to carry out that obligation due to gross negligence, they are guilty of serious wrongdoing. The lack of intent to harm our country is irrelevant. People never intend the bad things that happen due to gross negligence. I would point out, moreover, that there are other statutes that criminalize unlawfully removing and transmitting highly classified information with intent to harm the United States. Being not guilty (and, indeed, not even accused) of Offense B does not absolve a person of guilt on Offense A, which she has committed.

It seems to me that this is what the FBI has done today. It has told the public that because Mrs. Clinton did not have intent to harm the United States we should not prosecute her on a felony that does not require proof of intent to harm the United States. Meanwhile, although there may have been profound harm to national security caused by her grossly negligent mishandling of classified information, we’ve decided she shouldn’t be prosecuted for grossly negligent mishandling of classified information.

I think highly of Jim Comey personally and professionally, but this makes no sense to me.

Finally, I was especially unpersuaded by Director Comey’s claim that no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case based on the evidence uncovered by the FBI. To my mind, a reasonable prosecutor would ask: Why did Congress criminalize the mishandling of classified information through gross negligence? The answer, obviously, is to prevent harm to national security. So then the reasonable prosecutor asks: Was the statute clearly violated, and if yes, is it likely that Mrs. Clinton’s conduct caused harm to national security? If those two questions are answered in the affirmative, I believe many, if not most, reasonable prosecutors would feel obliged to bring the case.

Comely Sold Out, Like Lynch had Sold Out, They Owe Their Lives To The Corrupt Clintons and Obamas!

They don't respect the Laws Of Our Land, unless it's you or me and then we'd be prosecuted!

  Frozen Caveman Discovered in Himalaya
Posted by: Mystic Wanderer - 07-05-2016, 05:37 PM - Forum: Lost and Ancient - Replies (4)

I did a search and found that this hasn't been posted.  It was put up on You Tube May 26 of this year.
This is an awesome discovery!  This caveman could date back millions of years, and offer a lot of information about human life from that period.

[Image: 700_fc5b495d27634f26a348febc7d6472e7.jpg?v=1467152369]

Quote:A group of climbers on an expedition in the Himalaya Mountains, have stumbled upon a complexe of caverns that seem to have recently surfaced after a series of violent avalanches in the region. Inside one of the caves, the team of Norwegian and Swedish mountaineers, found the remains of a humanoid male from the paleolithic era.

According to the primary analysis of the skeleton, it seems the bones belong to an adult male Homo habilis, which is believed to have lived from approximately 2.33 to 1.44 million years ago, during the Gelasian Pleistocene period. Further tests and analysis will be done to determine the exact nature of the remains, their age, and the individual’s cause of death.

A crude stone spear and a few badly damaged leather objects were also recovered on the site and are currently being studied.

Blue Cross / Blue Shield Memo Exposes Mandatory Vaccination Bonuses
Posted by: Mystic Wanderer - 07-05-2016, 05:14 PM - Forum: Hot Button Issues - Replies (3)

We've had many threads on the topic of vaccines, exposing the dangers, etc.  But, now in this article we learn why doctors push these poisons on our children; it's all money in their pocket. smallnotamused

Quote:Have you ever been to your children’s pediatrician and been told that you aren’t allowed to skip or delay vaccinations? Haven’t you wondered why?
Really, pediatricians and doctors in general should be there to help and support us in our decisions, however, it seems per the usual that the all mighty dollar is contaminating such ideals. We found this Facebook post from Ashley Cates, which displays an image showing exactly why it is impossible for you and your family to get fair treatment.

“For 2016, Blue Cross/Blue Shield will give your pediatrician $400 for each child who is up to date on vaccines by age 2. But they have to have 63% of their patients vaccinated (including flu vaccines!) or else they won’t receive the payout.”

Post from Ashley Cates on Face Book:

Quote:I stumbled upon this today and connected some dots... I couldn't just not say anything.

*This* is why your pediatrician will drop your child as a patient if you choose to delay or selectively vaccinate (or not vaccinate at all).
*This* is why they will shrug off adverse effects and injuries from vaccines because they will still be able to receive $$$ for each child who is fully up to date by age 2, unless they have had a documented anaphylactic reaction to a vaccine.

For 2016, Blue Cross/Blue Shield will give your pediatrician $400 for each child who is up to date on vaccines by age 2. But they have to have 63% of their patients vaccinated (including flu vaccines!) or else they won't receive the payout.

That adds up. How much? Well, on the lower end of the spectrum, a primary care physician or pediatrician can care for 500 patients. Let's just say 100 of them will be turning 2 in 2016. If they can get 63% of those patients fully vaccinated, that adds up to $25,000.
When more and more parents are waking up to the dangers and ineffectiveness of vaccines, this eats away at their "incentives".

$25,000. For just 63 children fully vaccinated by age 2.

$25,000 bonus for just 63 children is a lot of money, right?  Hey, they have to pay for those student loans some how, forget what it is doing to their patients!   tinyok (sarcasm)

Yes, Clouds on Mars and a NASA Scientist even admits this.

Quote:NASA's Dr. Jennifer Wiseman explains why capturing imagery of the Red Planet with the Hubble Space Telescope is still important, even with the multiple missions studying it on the surface and from orbit. Mars is at opposition on May 22, 2016 and its closest approach to Earth occurs on May 30th.

Comets could have seeded life on Earth
Posted by: guohua - 07-05-2016, 04:34 AM - Forum: UFOs, Aliens and Universal Questions - Replies (1)

Why have I started this thread? Well,, It seems that new life forms are being found all over Earth.
Now many of these new life forms are found in our Oceans!
Comets fall to earth and earth is covered mostly by Oceans and Seas.
Now these Oceans and Seas are Slaty and in many Cases Warm!
Yes, exactly what Lifes needs.

Or scientist are finding new types of Jellyfish and Octopuses and fish that are sightless all the time now it seems.
The reason, well Earth is stuck often by Comets and we've been through the Tails Of Comet and Asteroids I think.
Didn't the Russians find life on the outside of the International Space-Station while cleaning the windows? These life forms where like our own Plankton I think, Now the forms of life where discovered after they went through the tail of a comet!
Interesting!

Quote:During a spacewalk intended to clean the International Space Station, Russian astronauts took samples from the exterior of the station for a routine analysis. The results of the experiment were quite surprising. Astronauts expected to find nothing more than contaminants created by the engines of incoming and outgoing spacecraft, but instead found that living organisms were clinging to outside of the ISS. The astronauts identified the organisms as sea plankton that likely originated from Earth, but the team couldn’t find a concrete explanation as to how these organisms made it all the way up to the space station — or how they managed to survive.
Linky

So isn't safe to assume that these new life forms we are finding on Earth are from Comet's.
Couldn't these same life forms be in the Oceans of, Europa?
Quote:The surface of Europa is frozen, covered with a layer of ice, but scientists think there is an ocean beneath the surface. The icy surface also makes the moon one of the most reflective in the solar system. Water plumes were spotted jetting from the moon in 2013, although those observations have not

life forms like these that we are discovering here.
Quote:Marine researchers have discovered a strange alien-like creaturewhile exploring the underwater world found in the deepest ocean trench on Earth.
A team of scientists from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) spotted the hydromedusa jellyfish during an expedition to the Mariana Trench in the Pacific. The sea creature was captured on film after it swam close to the surface of the ocean near the agency's research ship, the "Okeanos Explorer."
Based on the team's observations, this new jellyfish species shares similar features with those of Crossota genus, which are known to spend the majority of their existence gliding through the water.

So the question is,,,where did we Really Come From?
Quote:A fish that has never been seen alive before has been caught on camera swimming in the depths of the western Pacific Ocean’s Mariana Trench.
“I am sure that this is an Aphyonid and I am sure that this is the first time a fish of this family has ever been seen alive,” he added. “This is really an unusual sighting.”
First Time

Quote:A new experiment simulating conditions in deep space reveals that the complex building blocks of life could have been created on icy interplanetary dust and then carried to Earth, jump-starting life.
Chemists from the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Hawaii, Manoa, showed that conditions in space are capable of creating complex dipeptides – linked pairs of amino acids – that are essential building blocks shared by all living things. The discovery opens the door to the possibility that these molecules were brought to Earth aboard a comet or possibly meteorites, catalyzing the formation of proteins (polypeptides), enzymes and even more complex molecules, such as sugars, that are necessary for life.
“It is fascinating to consider that the most basic biochemical building blocks that led to life on Earth may well have had an extraterrestrial origin,” said UC Berkeley chemist Richard Mathies, coauthor of a paper published online last week and scheduled for the March 10 print issue of The Astrophysical Journal.
While scientists have discovered basic organic molecules, such as amino acids, in numerous meteorites that have fallen to Earth, they have been unable to find the more complex molecular structures that are prerequisites for our planet’s biology. As a result, scientists have always assumed that the really complicated chemistry of life must have originated in Earth’s early oceans.

  The CREATURES Of The NIGHT
Posted by: gordi - 07-04-2016, 09:26 PM - Forum: Short Stories - Replies (9)

This Short Story was written for a "Round The Camp Fire" contest on TOS.

"Camp-Fire tales should be heard and not read...

So I have narrated this story to get into your head!"

Please play the Video below to hear the tale unfold...

(The words are included below, for those unable to view the video)

The CREATURES of The NIGHT

“Gather round children! and open your ears,
to this tale I will tell you, to fill you with fear!
Sit down by the fire, get warm in its glow,
and hope that it staves off the chills that will grow.
For night-time brings terrors and monstrous frights,
and they’re brought to us by... Creatures of The Night!

They’re always there waiting for night-time to come,
for that is when all of their best work is done.
They just sit there staring with eyes - oh so black,
waiting for us to retire to the sack.
Then they make sure they can get under our covers,
and they wriggle up closer than all of the others.”

“Are they ghosts?” whispered Sally, her heart full of fear,
as her vision was blurred by the fall of a tear.
“Oh, they’re no ghosts!” Came her teachers reply;
“For these creatures are solid, as You Or I!
As real as the leaves or the bark of a tree,
and they’re always around, but we don’t always see.

‘Cause they’re hidden away when the daylight is bright
and they don’t cross our minds, ‘til the day becomes night.
Like the moon they come skulking when the sunlight is gone,
and they cling close beside us, until it is dawn.
So close - our breath ruffles the fur on their faces,
as we slumber and dream of nice faraway places.

Their feet have the biggest and paddiest of paws,
and I wouldn’t be surprised if their toes had great claws.
Their eyes are so black that you’d think they were coals,
and they stare so intently that it touches our souls.
They stay, oh-so-quiet - they never say a word,
and can hide undetected like the stealthiest of birds.

These creatures are clever, as smart as they come,
and no one has caught one, not even your mum!
They’re furry and stealthy, they stay close at night,
but you know they’re not there to give us a fright.
For their job is to watch over us when we close our eyes,
Yes, even when there’s thunder or rain in the skies.

Their fur keeps us warm as we give them a hug,
and they scare away demons and all the bed bugs.
Their eyes always watching and keeping us safe,
from the terrors and ghouls that abide in this place.
They never let us down and they’ll always be there,
for the creatures I speak of are our own...

...Teddy Bears!

Two of the most wretched things that I experienced this weekend...
Posted by: DuckforcoveR - 07-04-2016, 02:28 AM - Forum: Animal House - Replies (2)

Here you go Rogue Nation. I had a double whammy with the 8-legged universe this weekend.

I had a cookout for my shop on Friday to celebrate a successful "audit" (at least we hope, we haven't received the full report yet...) and to celebrate the 4th of July here in the states. I got up at Midnight on Friday to cook a 3 hour ham on the grill for 3rd shift, worked for a few hours after and then cooked another 3 hour ham on the grill for 1st shift, worked again for a few hours and repeated for 2nd shift. By 8pm I was wiped out and ready for a weekend of sleep...and then this A-hole decided to grace my life and imagination with his presence:

And I'm in Wisconsin! For those of you that don't know much about my area, Daddy Long Legs, a few Wolf Spiders, some Wood Spiders, and a whole entire host of very  non creepy F'n creatures call this place home. Sure, we have wolves / bears / and 8 months of horrid winter, but this....is not normal.

I took as many pictures and video that I could, I'm going to play detective tonight and try to find out what on earth this crab looking spider the side of a silver dollar is doing in my life circle area...

And what should have been an omen, late last night after a trip to the BBQ capital of Milwaukee I decided to be bold and buy some new Hot Sauce from said establishment. What a giant "what the hell was I thinking?!" mistake. Especially when it looks like this:

Yeah Jim, looks like a f'n great idea. Why don't you dump some in your bare hands and put it in your mouth? It was the most painful hour of my poor little mouth's life tinywhat

That's my story, I'm sticking by it. That creepy Satan looking thing at my work should've caused a few question marks to pop up when I saw that hot sauce on the shelf. Moral of the story, not exactly Sherlock Holmes over here tinysure

Breaking! Explosion at Central Park New York

I had a feeling things would get "hairy" this weekend, and I don't think this is all we will see in the news.
I just hope whatever it is, it won't be a major catastrophic event that kills lots of people.   tinyshocked

Quote:A man was severely injured in an explosion in New York's Central Park today, but it was not yet clear what caused the blast, police said.

The incident occurred not far from the Central Park zoo, and a bomb squad was on the scene, the New York Police Department said.

The man was taken to Bellevue hospital with a "possible amputation," a Fire Department of New York spokesperson said. The spokesperson would not speculate on what caused the explosion.

Jean-Claude Juncker Declared He Talked With Extraterrestrials About Brexit

Okay, I know someone here speaks this man's language.

Can you please tell me if he is saying what is included in this article?

Well, heck!  Can't embed the video here.

You'll have to listen to it on the Source Page.

Quote:Friday, 1 July, 2016 - 00:00
European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, talked in recent days with "several leaders of other planets, who are very worried because they ask questions concerning the way in which the EU will follow". Such a shocking statement was made during the recent emergency session of the European Parliament
Juncker recommends Europeans to be aware of the care that aliens have for Earth. However, the EC president said that he should reassure those who observe us from afar that we take the best decisions in the consolidation of peace and the world economy.
"We must be aware that those who observe us from afar are worried. We have seen and heard many leaders of other planets are very worried because they ask questions concerning the way in which the EU will follow. So we must insure Europeans as well as those who observe us from afar, "said Juncker.
