I saw a post on Twitter earlier (don't have it saved) that said the FBI had been alerted about this guy previously. Another one they let slip through their fingers!

The story I got was that the FBI was alerted, and instead of Interviewing Cruz, they interviewed the person that reported the activity to them.
That right there is some sterling police work. No wonder the FBI is under the microscope.
