Six inmates remove a lavatory and then bash through concrete before
crawling to freedom through a hole.

'A manhunt is under way after six prisoners escaped from a US jail by removing
a toilet and crawling though a hole behind it.



The inmates escaped the prison in Cocke County, Tennessee, early on Christmas
morning. Bolts holding the toilet had rusted and the prisoners were able to remove it.
They then busted a hole through the concrete behind it, which had been damaged
during plumbing repairs.



Authorities were able to capture five of the six inmates but one remains on the run.

With good-will still abound, I half-expected a comment like:
'Flushed with success, six prisoners made good their escape by pinching themselves
through a small aperture in the jail.

Police are still stunned but promised to follow-through' and deposit the runaways
back into their respective small rooms.

'One of six hidden camps in the Calais region is seeing ‘several dozen’
new arrivals each week as former ‘Jungle’ residents return to northern France'



It comes two months after the closure of the Jungle, which was intended to bring
an end to the refugee situation in Calais by destroying the camp and dispersing
its residents to reception centres (CAOs) across France — an operation the
authorities hailed as a “success”.

However, scores of refugees and migrants who were taken on buses to CAO
centres have now started making the journey back to the north of France.

Many of them are children whose asylum claims were rejected by the Home
Office earlier this month, and have decided to make their own way to the UK
after experiencing poor living conditions in the French centres.

One so-called “secret” camp lies on the edge of a small French village called
Norrent-Fontes, around 30 kilometres from the port of Calais.

Julien Muller, volunteer for a small French charity called Terre d’Errance which
supplies aid at the Norrent-Fontes camp, told The Independent:
“There are more and more people coming back. This week there has been
several dozen people arrive. I suppose it will grow more in the coming months.

“With the UK Government closing down its transfers of underage refugees to
the UK, there have been a lot of minors coming back.

"There are people who are clearly underage and clearly have family in the UK,
but they have been told that now it’s closed. Now they're coming back to try
make their own way...'

Please remember this method is with out the benefit of Acupuncture or Herbs.

First you'll have to accept, One of the core principles of Chinese Medicine is the concept of Qi or life force energy. Similar to how your body has a network of vessels for transporting blood, there’s also a network of channels for the flow of energy in your body.

When Qi (energy), blood and fluids aren’t flowing as they should, this can lead to pain. Generally speaking, in Chinese Medicine, there are two main causes of knee problems.  The first occurs when Qi is blocked and/or stagnant. It’s like the energy is pooling in the knees and there’s too much going on there. This describes a typical knee injury where there’s swelling and throbbing and usually the pain is quite intense.

The second cause of knee problems is not having enough Qi, blood and fluids flowing through the knees. This is usually related to aging or insufficient nutrition and it tends to manifest more as a weakness of the knees.

In both cases, knee pain is a result of a disruption in the normal flow of Qi, blood and fluids through the knees. 

Now, with Chinese Reflexology, your feet tell you where there are Qi disruptions in your body. That’s because your feet house the “master control points” for regulating the flow of energy in your body. When you massage your reflexology points, you stimulate the proper flow of energy in your body. And when energy flows as it should, blood and fluids also flow properly and this supports your body’s natural healing process so that you can feel better faster.

How to Find the Knee Reflexology Point.
The Chinese Reflexology point for the knee is located on the outer edge of your foot where the skin meets the sole. It’s like a circle with a diameter slightly wider than the width of your thumb. To locate this point, use your thumb to feel along the edge of your foot in the area in front of your ankle.

If your knees are sore, you’ll know you’ve found the knee reflexology point when you feel a tender spot.   BINGO, That's The Spot!
Reflexology points are only sensitive when there’s an energy disharmony in the corresponding area of the body, such as one caused by a knee injury. You can measure your healing progress based on the sensitivity of the point. As you heal, the point will feel less sore.

The point on your right foot corresponds to your right knee and the point on your left foot is for your left knee.

OK, How to Massage the Chinese Reflexology Point for the Knee.
You can use either your thumb or the knuckle of your index finger to massage the knee reflexology point.  Press and rub the area using a back and forth motion, from toe to heel and back again.  If you have an acute knee injury, massage the knee reflexology point for 60 seconds, 3 times a day.  

Do this until the acute phase of the injury passes. Then, you can gradually reduce the amount of massage until your knees are healed.  E.g. 60 seconds twice a day reducing down to 30 seconds at a time.

If you’re massaging for chronic knee pain, you will need to massage the reflexology point for your knee for a longer time frame.  Things that are chronic have been ongoing for a much longer time.  
Please understand, it takes your body more time to rebalance itself, but you should notice that the reflexology point is less sensitive after about 2 to 3 weeks.  That’s a good sign.  It means the Qi is starting to flow as it should and your physical body will begin reflecting this soon.


Water in the knee indicates a holding of emotional energy, particularly a resistance to surrender, or there may be too much emotion to cope with and the weight is being carried in the knees.

An inflamed knee indicates something or someone is making you feel irritated or angry, and you will not give in!

A dislocated knee shows a resistance to giving way. The knee can no longer take the pressure, so it collapses and you are unable to maintain your standing.


OK, for some Herbal Medicines, I won't go into the more effective herbs that you need to be measured out for You and Proportioned For Your Condition. 

But I can recommend some other type of herb that don't require a lot of preparation.

Guan Jie Shu Wan
Uses: Arthritis, Gout, Lower Body Issues. Guan Jie Shu Wan (Arthroplex), literally “joint inflammation pill” is a modern patent formula with some standard mineral support added used for arthritic syndromes arising particularly from what we call damp heat in Chinese Medicine terms. Symptoms may include pain of the hips, knees, ankles and/or toes (usually dull or achy), weakness in the knees, numbness of the legs and/or feet, and difficulty moving the legs. It may be appropriate for conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, connective tissue disorders and other inflammatory based issues.
Take 2 capsules with food 3 times per day with warm water. At full dose, one bottle is a 15-day supply.

Shao Yao Gan Cao Wan
Uses: Muscle Spasms, Muscle Cramps, Pain. Peony & Licorice Teapills (Shao Yao Gan Cao Wan)is a traditional Chinese formula that strengthens the yin and blood and helps replenish bodily fluids. Symptoms may include muscle cramps and/or spasms, stiffness and tightness of the tendons. This formula is used to treat muscle cramps and spasms, acute low back pain, frozen shoulder, and convulsions.
Take 8 pills 3 times a day.

This may manifest as pain and inflammation from acute trauma, generalized aches and pains such as those with the common cold or more chronic issues.

Kent Dunn says a new HAARP facility has been located in Arkansas, and he has called out the White Hats to blow it up!

If you live in that area and hear a loud BOOM, you'll know what's going on.

I started to due some research and see if I could locate additional information concerning a HAARP facility in Arkansas.  Luckily there are some data points that may support Kent Dunn's claims that a dark cabal HAARP base is in operation in Arkansas/Missouri.

First report I came across was from the YouTube channel Nick Thomas TV with a video entitled " Pictures Showing HAARP at work in Arkansas on July 21st 2015"  As you can see in the video below, there is a strange energetic phenomenon happening in the picture slide show, claiming to be HAARP in Arkansas on July 21, 2015.
