As of Thursday, 23 January, the government of China has QUARANTINED a total of EIGHT cities: Wuhan, Huanggang, Ezhou, Chibi, Xiantao, Qianjiang, Zhijiang and Lichuan

The Chinese Military is now assisting with the lockdown of multiple Chinese cities. They’re all wearing bio-protective suits.
CCP Central Military Commission has ordered Central Command to assist the Wuhan lockdown in response to social instability due to panic emotions.
The soldiers were equipped with biological protective gear and they vowed to win the campaign.
Motorized equipment will be put to use. Dongfeng EQ2050 armored vehicle, armored personnel carriers and light tanks were all put to use to defend the roadblocks.
Even more astonishing, Chinese in the entire province Zhejiang have been told to stay in their homes. 60 million people are told to stay where they are. It's not an official Quarantine (yet) but rather strongly worded advice.
The systemic failure of Chinese society has already started. By THIS Sunday, full panic will be unavoidable as people realize food, medicine, and doctors, are finite resources and triage is in effect.

Several confirmed cases UPDATE: Saudi Arabia's Health Ministry said Thursday that five people have died and two other patients were in critical condition with confirmed cases of a new respiratory virus related to SARS.
The ministry said in a statement that it had informed the World Health Organization of the seven new cases of novel coronavirus.
The germ is from a family of viruses that cause the common cold, as well as SARS – the severe acute respiratory syndrome that killed some 800 people, mostly in Asia, in a 2003 epidemic. Health experts still aren't sure how humans are being infected. The new coronavirus, which can cause acute pneumonia and kidney failure, is most closely related to a bat virus and scientists are considering whether bats or other animals like goats or camels are a possible source of infection.
Since September 2012, WHO has been informed of 24 confirmed cases. Sixteen of the patients died.
The new virus was first identified last year in the Middle East and several of the people infected had all traveled to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan or Pakistan.
WHO says the virus is probably more widespread than just the Middle East and has advised countries to test any people with unexplained pneumonia. In Saudi Arabia last year, four members of the same family fell ill and two died.
The Saudi government is conducting an ongoing investigation into the outbreak.
The seven people who contracted the virus are not from the same family and there is no indication that any of them were in contact with animals or had traveled recently.

The Scottish Government says three people are being tested, as a precaution, for coronavirus but says there are no confirmed cases.

In the United States: LOS ANGELES - A passenger arriving on an American Airlines flight to Los Angeles International Airport from Mexico City was hospitalized and quarantined after showing what health officials called “disturbing" symptoms, that indicate the patient may have been exposed to the deadly coronavirus, it was announced Thursday.
American Airlines flight 2546 arrived around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday and was met by Los Angeles firefighters and police.
The Los Angeles Fire Department conducted a deep contamination process after the patient was transported to a local hospital Wednesday night.
This development comes a day after Los Angeles County public health officials said it was “very possible” the area will see at least one patient, given the number of people traveling between the Southland and China.
Health screenings continue at LAX for passengers arriving from China amid the coronavirus outbreak. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention began conducting health screenings of passengers arriving at Los Angeles International Airport from China on Saturday.

A spokeswoman for the Alameda County Health Department stressed Thursday that there is no confirmed case of the novel coronavirus that has led to epidemic fears and quarantines in China, as well as increased screening at San Francisco International and other airports.
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Health says a Tennessee Tech student is being tested for the Coronavirus.
The student had "very mild symptoms" and had a recent travel history that met the criteria to test for the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), according to university officials.
School officials say health providers quickly recognized that the patient met the testing criteria and are awaiting the results. In the meantime, the student is being kept isolated and nothing has been confirmed.

Two Chinese nationals in Vietnam have tested positive for the SARS-like coronavirus and are being treated in hospital, officials said Thursday.
A Chinese man living in Ho Chi Minh City was infected by his father who traveled to Vietnam on January 13 from the Chinese city of Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus.

The World Health Organization (WHO) Model for Transmissibility
WHO keeps track of all identified viruses, animal or human, through a set of phases or stages.
Phase 1: In this stage, viruses are only passed animal to animal. There is no human transmission.
Phase 2: The animal virus strain is transmitted to the first humans. Misdiagnosis is the rule of thumb which prevents the authorities from acting decisively from stopping the spread.
Phase 3: Small clusters of human beings have contracted the virus in one community, but it quickly spreads to other clusters. In this scenario, 2 becomes 4, becomes 16, becomes 256, becomes 65,356, becomes in excess of 4 billion. This is what we mean by “spreading exponentially”.
Phase 4: now, human-to-human virus transmission are causing outbreaks in many areas. This is where the exponential spread begins.
Phase 5: With international travel, human-to-human transmission is taking place in at least two countries in one WHO region. This phase is the point where most governments will implement counter-measures. Governments and health officials must be ready to implement their pandemic mitigation plans.
Phase 6: A global pandemic is underway. Don’t worry, most viruses have an approximate 10% immunity rate, so even in the worst case scenario, there will be significant numbers of survivors. This is where we typically would see martial law implemented.
Post-Pandemic Considerations: At some point, there becomes “burn out” where transmission rates decline. The focus at this time is to prevent the echo effect of a second wave.
The time span for phases 1 through 6 may take place over several months to many years. This one fact makes this particular virus and its mutations and spread to be very suspicious.
Transmission is increased due to today’s level of increased international travel. An international flight could have several domestic “patient zeros” in place, after landing, before ethe world ever knew what hit them
The near open border status of the United States makes containment, mostly through our southern border, all but guarantees the entry of pathogens into the United States for which most Americans have no immunity. Our southern border is a ticking time bomb and something catastrophic will eventually cross our southern border with catastrophic consequences. Oh, but it you talk about this, the liberals will call you a racist!
The Present Crisis
The present situation is anything but normal. I have managed to get two epidemiologists to speak with me on conditions of anonymity. One said she was afraid for her life, the other stated that his academic career would never survive his “hitting the panic button,” but hitting the panic button is exactly what it is time to do.
Both sources are convinced that there is nothing normal about the rapid mutations which are leading to pandemic conditions. Both stated that the CHICOs are talking a good game, but with over 20 million quarantined citizens, extreme measures to stop the spread (eg cutting off of inter-province travel), should have already been strictly enforced. Martial law should have been employed by troops in hazmat suits. What had both sources concerned was the rapidity of the mutations. They were also concerned about the World Health Organization’s lack of uniform and strongly recommended containment practices. If the Chinese were as inept as it appears, the UN should have had personnel on the ground instructing them on proper containment techniques which are not in place.
The lack of standard information regarding the Corona virus was also a point of contention. As of today, we have no firm guidelines on basic information such as the standard incubation period, the primary method of transmission, other than the standard set of very generalized suspects (eg lack of hygiene, sneezing, shaking hands, etc), the anticipated death rate and the migration patterns of the virus. Amazingly, for the United States, a person near ground zero for the virus can still board transportation culminating in boarding an international bound plane and end up in the United States. Both sources were shocked that we, as a nation, have not already cut off both primary and direct plane routes out of China, as well as secondary routes (eg Beijing to Mexico City to Los Angles. And of course there is the 800 pound elephant on the room, international trade). Tens of thousands of products and people enter our country each day, many from China, as part of the international trade genre. We know that if the authorities were to acquire information that the Cascadian subduction zone was to blow up and 18 vicious volcanos were to explode, nobody would be warned in advance because of the threat to property values, insurance and the general economy. The same is true with regard to the containment of a pandemic. Business must go on and any curtailing of international trade would likely occur after it was too late to do anything about it.
Because of the incubation effect, we can now assume that the virus has spread to every continent. Add to this that most pandemics spread exponentially, once they get going, there is nothing that nation states can do to stem the tide. The only option, even at this early state of the problem, is to impost medical martial law, which really translates to actual martial law.
This is where things get very critical. I have learned from a confidential informant that Pete Gaynor, acting FEMA Director, has told the President the only way to stop the spread of the virus is complete medical martial law and generally, this entails the following:
Nobody can travel outside their home, even in a medical emergency.
Suspension of all public gatherings of any type. No school, no church, etc.
Enact geographic quarantines for cities until the crisis is over. This means troops will isolate every single metropolitan area.
To try and lessen the inevitable food riots, FEMA in hazmat suits go house to house, in wealthier neighborhoods where there is the likelihood of excess food storage. Excess food will be taken rom raided homes and distributed as best as can be established.
Checkpoint Charlies’ will be established and extreme measures will be employed to ensure containment. There will be multiple concentric zones imposed with various perimeters, all designed to contain a pandemic.
Under EO 13603, all medical personnel will be conscripted. They will not be used to treat the public, but to treat that martial law enforcement personnel.
As the crisis unfolds and becomes a staple of daily life, containment camps (ie medical FEMA camps will be established). Treatment will not be an option, these camps will be one big hospice. Burning dead bodies is a likely outcome as is late-stege euthanasia..
Military forces, including all nuclear facilities will be on high alert because this is when America is most vulnerable to attack.
This one will make most people cringe. Extreme border control policies would immediately go into effect. People crossing the border run the risk of being shot!
No political leader will ever follow these guidelines until it is too late because of the unpopularity of the approach as well as the economic ramifications. Unfortunately, there is nothing in place to keep the Corona virus from running its course.I recently read a memo from DHS which advised personnel on how to iminuze their chances of contracting the virus. The memo was written in a manner which indicated inevitability of transmission

companies and associates who kicked back untold hordes of cash to the Clinton Foundation and in essence: to the Clinton’s

“We are talking about billions of dollars that were stolen, siphoned, funneled,” one top-level federal source said.
“Not millions. Billions. It’s absolutely massive and other members of the Obama administration are involved.”
Attorney General William Barr’s Justice Department has been giving Hillary Clinton and other Democratic politicians another free pass.
And federal agents are beyond steamed.
“You look at the size of this corruption and realize why Hillary warehoused all her State Dept. emails on a private server and
destroyed thousands upon thousands of emails so that no one could get a look at the side deals,” Paine said.

Here is an excerpt from the podcast. So we’re finding that deceased top FBI Special Agent Sal Cincinelli (alleged public suicide) was a member of a team that was
investigating the Clinton Foundation and had witnessed and investigated the fact that large amounts of money were being moved
by Hillary Clinton through the Clinton Foundation, coming in coming out, that trace back to the State Dept. during the time that
she was Secretary of State.
This is the first time or the first proof that anybody has that she was actually taking money from public money from the State Dept.
while she was Secretary of State and moving it around to her cronies linked to the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton cartel and Cincinelli

'Former Vice President Joe Biden said Monday that he would not allow Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE) agents to deport illegal aliens who get caught drunk driving.
Biden said during a 2020 election forum with Vice News that if he wins the presidency he will issue an executive
order that only allows ICE agents to deport individuals who have committed felonies — “and I don’t consider drunk driving a felony,” Biden clarified.

which accounts for 28% of all traffic-related deaths in the U.S. States issue a variety of different penalties for
drunk driving, ranging from fines to jail time to license suspension.
There have been multiple high-profile incidents in the U.S. in which illegal aliens have killed citizens while drunk driving.

The documents show how she and her husband were allowed to buy valuable state assets in a series of suspicious
deals. Ms Dos Santos says the allegations against her are entirely false and that there is a politically motivated
witch-hunt by the Angolan government.
The former president's daughter has made the UK her home and owns expensive properties in central London.
She is already under criminal investigation by the authorities in Angola for corruption and her assets in the country
have been frozen.
Thirty per cent of Angolans live in poverty on less than $2 a day.
Now BBC Panorama has been given access to more than 700,000 leaked documents about the billionaire's business
empire. Most were obtained by the Platform to Protect Whistle-blowers in Africa and shared with the International
Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
They've been investigated by 37 media organisations including The Guardian and Portugal's Expresso newspaper.
Angola in numbers

Andrew Feinstein, the head of Corruption Watch, says the documents show how Ms Dos Santos exploited her country
at the expense of ordinary Angolans. "Every time she appears on the cover of some glossy magazine somewhere in
the world, every time that she hosts one of her glamorous parties in the south of France, she is doing so by trampling
on the aspirations of the citizens of Angola."
The ICIJ have called the documents The Luanda Leaks.
The oil connection
One of the most suspicious deals was run from London through a UK subsidiary of the Angolan state oil company
Sonangol. Ms Dos Santos had been put in charge of the struggling Sonangol in 2016, thanks to a presidential decree
from her father Jose Eduardo dos Santos, who kept a tight grip on his country for the 38 years he was in power.
But when he retired as president in September 2017 her position was soon under threat, even though his hand-picked
successor came from the same party. Ms Dos Santos was sacked two months later. Many Angolans have been surprised
at the way that President Joao Lourenço has gone after the business interests of his predecessor's family.
The leaked documents show that as she left Sonangol, Ms Dos Santos approved $58m of suspicious payments to a
consultancy company in Dubai called Matter Business Solutions. She says she has no financial interest in Matter, but
the leaked documents reveal it was run by her business manager and owned by a friend.
Panorama understands that Matter sent more than 50 invoices to Sonangol in London on the day that she was fired.
Ms Dos Santos appears to have approved payments to her friend's company after she was sacked.
Although some consultancy work had been carried out by Matter, there's very little detail on the invoices to justify such
large bills.
One asks for €472,196 for unspecified expenses, another asks for $928,517 for unspecified legal services.
Two of the invoices - each for €676,339.97 - are for exactly the same work on the same date and Ms Dos Santos
signed them both off anyway.
Lawyers for Matter Business Solutions say it was brought in to help restructure the oil industry in Angola, and that the
invoices were for work that had already been carried out by other consultancy companies it had hired.
"Regarding the invoices related with expenses, it is common for consultancy companies to add expenses to invoices
as a general item. This is often due to those expenses involving large amounts of paperwork... Matter can produce
documentary evidence to confirm all expenses incurred."
Ms Dos Santos's lawyers said her actions with regard to the Matter payments were entirely lawful and that she had not
authorised payments after she had been dismissed from Sonangol. They said: "All invoices paid were in relation to
services contracted and agreed between the two parties, under a contract that was approved with the full knowledge
and approval of the Sonangol Board of Directors."
The ICIJ and Panorama have also uncovered new details about the business deals that made Ms Dos Santos rich.
Much of her fortune is based on her ownership of a stake in the Portuguese energy company Galp, which one of her
companies bought from Sonangol in 2006.
The documents show it only had to pay 15% of the price upfront and that the remaining €63m ($70m) was turned into
a low-interest loan from Sonangol. Under the generous terms of the loan, her debt to the Angolan people didn't have
to be repaid for 11 years.
Her stake in Galp is now worth more than €750m.
Ms Dos Santos's company did offer to repay the Sonangol loan in 2017.
The repayment offer should have been rejected because it didn't include almost €9m of interest owing.
But Ms Dos Santos was in charge of Sonangol at the time and she accepted the money as full payment of her own debt.
She was fired six days later and the payment was returned by the new Sonangol management.
Ms Dos Santos says she initiated the purchase of the stake in Galp, and that Sonangol made money from the deal as well.
"There's absolutely no wrongdoing in any of those transactions. This investment is the investment that in history has
generated the most benefit for the national oil company and all the contracts that were drafted are perfectly legal
contracts, there are no wrongdoings."
Her lawyers say the repayment offer in 2017 covered what Sonangol had indicated was owed.
The diamond connection
It's a similar story in the diamond industry.
Ms Dos Santos's husband, Sindika Dokolo, signed a one-sided agreement in 2012 with Angolan state diamond company
Sodiam. They were supposed to be 50-50 partners in a deal to buy a stake in the Swiss luxury jeweller De Grisogono.
But it was funded by the state company. The documents show that 18 months after the deal, Sodiam had put $79m into the
partnership, while Mr Dokolo had only invested $4m. Sodiam also awarded him a €5m success fee for brokering the deal,
so he didn't have to use any of his own money.
The diamond deal gets even worse for the Angolan people.
The documents reveal how Sodiam borrowed all the cash from a private bank in which Ms Dos Santos is the biggest
shareholder. Sodiam has to pay 9% interest and the loan was guaranteed by a presidential decree from her father,
so Ms Dos Santos's bank cannot lose out.
Bravo da Rosa, the new chief executive of Sodiam, told Panorama that the Angolan people hadn't got a single dollar
back from the deal: "In the end, when we have finished paying back this loan, Sodiam will have lost more than $200m."
The former president also gave Ms Dos Santos's husband the right to buy some of Angola's raw diamonds....'

In France, a country that used to stand for freedom of expression, self-censorship is soaring five years after the terrorist attack on the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. "Five years after the killings at Charlie Hebdo and Hyper Cacher, France has learned to live with the Islamist threat," wrote Yves Thréard, deputy editor at the daily newspaper Le Figaro.

But what is the point of fighting the effects of Islamism if we do not tackle the origins of this ideology of death? On that front, however, denial continues to compete with naiveté. Nothing has changed in the last five years. On the contrary.
"In the name of diversity, non-discrimination and human rights, France has accepted a number of blows to its culture and history... Islamists are a hot-button issue. They continue the fight which, even without weapons, has all the allure of a war of civilizations. Is the famous 'Charlie spirit', which some people thought was blowing after the January 2015 attacks, just an illusion?"
France has been marking the fifth anniversary of the deadly jihadist attack on the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, which took place on January 7, 2015. Last month, French Senator Nathalie Goulet warned that more attacks were likely. "In France we have a serious problem and we need to do more to prevent extremists from acting. As it stands, there will be more attacks," said Goulet said.
There are believed to be 12,000 radical Islamists on France's terror watch-list, "however only a dozen are thought to be under 24-hour surveillance."
This week was marked by yet a new string of Islamist terror attacks: police injured a knife-wielding man on a street in the northeastern city of Metz, two days after a suspected Islamist radical in the Paris suburb of Villejuif stabbed a man to death, an act that prosecutors are treating as a terror attack. In both incidents, the assailants shouted "Allahu Akbar." This type of attack was dubbed "ordinary jihad" in a Le Figaro editorial this week.
On January 7, 2015, the cartoonists and journalists Cabu, Charb, Honoré, Tignous and Wolinski, the psychoanalyst Elsa Cayat, the economist Bernard Maris and the policeman Franck Brinsolaro fell under the bullets of the jihadist brothers Chérif and Saïd Kouachi. Charlie Hebdo's 2020 anniversary issue commemorated the massacre and slammed the "new gurus of monolithic thinking" who are trying to impose politically correct censorship.
The outburst of indignation of the French people, gathered in Paris for a massive demonstration on January 11, 2015, was not enough to awaken the spirit of resistance of the French leaders and elites against Islamism and its collaborators. "The seriousness of the Islamist political fact in France is strongly underestimated", says the lawyer Thibault de Montbrial, president France's Center for Internal Security Studies.
In a country that used to stand for freedom of expression, self-censorship is soaring. "For the humorists in France, it's always easy to make fun of the Pope and the Catholics, it's always easy to make fun of Jews, it's always easy to make fun of Protestants," confesses a long-time Charlie Hebdo columnist, Patrick Pelloux. For Islam, it is not easy. "We feel that this religion is scary. The word Islam is scary, and on that, the terrorists have won." Submission is winning.
While French prisons have become a breeding ground for jihadists, the Islamization of the cities' suburbs, the banlieues, is proceeding full tilt. The weekly Le Point recently devoted a cover story to the "territories conquered by the Islamists." In many of these areas, violence rages; 1,500 cars were torched there on New Year's Eve. In recently published book, "Les territoires conquis de l'islamisme" ("The Territories Conquered by Islamism"), by Bernard Rougier, a professor at the University Sorbonne-Nouvelle and director of the Center for Arab and Oriental Studies, he explains that Islamism is an "hegemonic project", splintering working-class neighborhoods. These "ecosystems", he states, work on a "logic of rupture" of the French society, its values and institutions, and are built on mosques, bookstores, sport clubs and halal restaurants.
Hugo Micheron, a researcher at the Ecole Normale Supérieure, suggested that jihadists are comfortable in "territorial and community isolation". "Today," said the president of the Ministry of Education's Conseil supérieur des programmes, Souâd Ayada, "the visibility of Islam in France is saturated by the veil and the jihad".
While Islamist preachers and recruiters are out on the streets, seeking out the weak minds that will form the first line of their holy war, political Islam also forms electoral lists in France's suburbs. French President Emmanuel Macron opposed banning these political groups. "France is a budding Islamic republic," noted the Algerian novelist Boualem Sansal. In those "territories", he said, live many of the terrorists who attack France, from the Kouachi brothers of Charlie Hebdo to the jihadists who murdered scores of people at the Bataclan Theater.
Two populations who live "side by side" would soon find themselves "face to face", said Gérard Collomb, a former Minister of the Interior. He was right. Islamists are also housed inside public institutions.
Islamists have, in addition, recruited dozens of French soldiers and ex-servicemen who have converted to Islam. Many have come from commando units with expertise in handling weapons and explosives. France is turning into a "society of vigilance" in its fight against the "Hydra" of Islamist militancy, as Macron said.
In the five years since the massacre at Charlie Hebdo, which targeted freedom of expression, Islamists have been able to commit atrocities against targets such as a priest in a Catholic Church in Rouen; a national secular holiday (the Bastille Day attack in Nice); Jewish communities (from Paris to Toulouse), and ordinary people. Last October, an Islamist struck in one of France's most secure buildings: the monumental Paris Police headquarters near Notre Dame cathedral, where he murdered four of his colleagues. "This is a major turning point in Islamist terrorism", said Gilles Kepel, an expert on Middle East and jihadism.

In the wake of the attack, seven police officers, "suspected of radicalization," had their guns confiscated.
"I have the impression that our immune defenses have collapsed and that Islamism is winning", says the French writer Pascal Bruckner.

Five years after the terrorist murders at Charlie Hebdo, free speech is less free in France. "No one today would publish the cartoons of Muhammad", said Philippe Val, the former editor of Charlie Hebdo, recently.
"For the past five years, I've been going to the police station every month or so to file a complaint about death threats, not insults, death threats", says Marika Bret, a journalist at Charlie Hebdo today.
In Paris, five years after the murders at Charlie Hebdo, there was a big march to protest not terrorism, but "Islamophobia". "Voltaire fades before Muhammad, and the Enlightenment before the Submission", wrote the author Éric Zemmour. And Qatar still freely finances the construction of French mosques.

"Anti-Semitism today is so blatant that it would be difficult to hide it without falling into ridicule," said the historian Georges Bensoussan. "What is taboo is the anti-Semites" -- meaning that today, in France, it is taboo to say that Islamism is the most important source of anti-Semitism.
One week after the terror attack on Charlie Hebdo, in which nine of its staff members were killed and another four wounded, the magazine published a cover depicting the Prophet of Islam with a tear on his cheek, and saying: "Tout est Pardonné" ("All is forgiven") . Five years later, all actually does seem to have been forgiven. Then, many proudly said, "I am Charlie". Most proved they were not.
