  Hillary Becomes A University Chancellor.
Posted by: BIAD - 01-02-2020, 10:43 AM - Forum: Election 2016 ! - Replies (2)

Quote:Hillary Clinton appointed chancellor of Queen's University, Belfast.

'Hillary Clinton is to be the new chancellor of Queen's University, Belfast (QUB).
She is the university's 11th chancellor and first woman to take up the post.
In a statement, Mrs Clinton said it was a "great privilege" to become the chancellor of QUB.

She takes up her role immediately and will serve for a period of five years.
Ms Clinton succeeds Dr Tom Moran - who died last year. While the role of chancellor is mainly
a ceremonial one, securing Ms Clinton will be seen as a coup for Queen's.
The chancellor often presides at graduation ceremonies and is also an ambassador for the
university abroad.

Hillary Clinton's connection to Northern Ireland stretches back over two decades.
Hillary Clinton visited Stormont when she was US secretary of state in 2012.
Hillary Clinton met peace campaigner Joyce McCartan during her first visit to Belfast in 1995.

Ms Clinton will also act as an advisor to the vice-chancellor Prof Ian Greer and senior management.
The former Democratic presidential nominee previously received an honorary degree from Queen's
in 2018. However, her connection to Northern Ireland stretches back over two decades.

She first visited Northern Ireland as First Lady in November 1995 with her husband, President Bill
Clinton. They spent a day meeting representatives from across the community and also switched
on Belfast's Christmas lights.

President Clinton was the first serving US president to visit Northern Ireland. Since then, Ms Clinton
has been a regular visitor to the country. She was appointed US Secretary of State by President
Barack Obama in 2009, serving for four years until stepping down in 2013.

However, after winning the Democratic nomination for the White House she lost the 2016 Presidential
election to the Republican Party candidate Donald Trump. Ms Clinton recently told the BBC that she
was "under enormous pressure" to challenge President Donald Trump in next year's election.

The chair of the QUB senate - the university's governing body - Mr Stephen Prenter said he was
delighted that she was the new chancellor. "Secretary Clinton has made a considerable contribution
to Northern Ireland and as an internationally recognised leader will be an incredible advocate for
Queen's and an inspirational role model for the Queen's community," he said...'

  Science and the Soul
Posted by: Ninurta - 01-02-2020, 08:58 AM - Forum: Metaphysics and Related Topics - Replies (1)

I'm posting this to entertain Mystic Wanderer, and because this sort of thing intrigues me.

I personally believe that humans are composed of 3 separate parts in a symbiotic relationship - the body, the soul, and the spirit. "Soul" is the life force, the force which animates us. It has no gender or personality of it's own, it's just the animating force that makes living things alive. When the body dies it just goes back to the universe to perhaps someday animate another living thing - conservation of energy, that sort of thing. "Spirit" is the part of us that is uniquely Me, or You - the personality and accumulation of recalled experience that makes us each our own individual, unlike any other. It has personality, but perhaps not gender when separated from our flesh suits. "Body" is kind of self explanatory - it has gender, but not personality (nor "life force" of it's own). It's the flesh car we drive while in this existence, and goes back to the dirt when we no longer exist here and our life force has gone back to the reservoir.

Spirit is the part I find most intriguing, mostly because I don't know where it goes when the three split up and go their separate ways - I don't know which way IT goes.

As Mystic is already well aware, I don't really believe in reincarnation. Still, videos like this remind me that when I was very small, I used to tell intricate stories about things that never happened. I can no longer recall any of those stories, and the folks I told them to who might recall them are long dead, so the stories are gone. Even today, I have brief flashes of recall, of things that never happened in places that no longer exist... but when they come, they seem as real as any other memories I have. I suppose reincarnation is a plausible explanation, but to my mind so are other things - ancestral memories genetically encoded, some sort of wireless connection to a universe of other people's spirits who have long ago gone through the veil but still exist... somewhere... and are able to communicate after a fashion - these are but two of many other possible explanations.

What most of these possibilities have in common is the notion that there is some part of us that goes on when the physical dies and can't go on any longer.

I've known and spoken with two people who have had "Near Death Experiences" that were never reported in the literature, and who never had an interest in such things to have ever perused the literature. They told me their stories, and oddly those stories, while vastly different one from the other, nestle nicely into the range of experiences reported by other folks, whom I've never met other than through the NDE literature. It makes me wonder, it surely does.

While I'm on the subject of NDE's, why on Earth are they called NEAR death experiences? Both of the folks I spoke with about it were dead, dead, DEAD when they had those experiences. They weren't near death, they had crossed the line and dived right in! Maybe "near" is used to lessen the impact on a species fearful of dying. For what it's worth, both of those people told me they are no longer afraid to die, and one of them has gone on and not returned this time... and I'm glad he moved on without fear of the transition.

Enough of my rambling! here's the video - nestle in before watching, because it's about an hour and a half long:

Leaked NASA Footage of Manned Missions to Mars
Posted by: Mystic Wanderer - 01-01-2020, 04:53 PM - Forum: JFK, the Moon and the Truth out There - Replies (33)

This video is a "not for public distribution" film from a NASA project that was leaked.  It's  very hard to find on the internet now.  A call-in guest on RedPill78, Karl2go, shared it on RedPill's show last night. It's only 10 minutes long and allegedly shows footage of the Earth and moon in the same shot, a close up of Mars, and some creature crawling on the surface.

There are two clips; one is from 1973, and one from 2011.

At the 55 seconds mark, you'll see the only footage available that has been found of the Earth and our moon together in the same frame. This was called Project RedSun from the ISV Columbus in 1973.

At the 1:28 mark, it shows Mars in 1973 as viewed from the space capsule. You can see the atmosphere and clouds. If this footage is real, it proves we have been going to Mars for decades already.

At the 5:06 mark, you'll see life on Mars. According to some SSP insiders, what you're seeing are giant worms moving just below the surface. According to Karl2go, we have the same creature here in South America.

The 2011 shots are at the 6:48 mark. You can see the scars left on the Mars surface after being hit by Nibiru, allegedly.  We've discussed this in other threads here on RN. That's a different story.

Anyway, here is the rare footage.  What do you think?

  Was Aids a Bioweapon ?
Posted by: 727Sky - 12-31-2019, 12:26 PM - Forum: Daily Chit Chat - Replies (2)

I am not going to say I believe this but.... I would not put it past certain segments of society/government to have actually started this.. Plenty of past actions by a government experimenting on their populations to totally disregard IMO.
https://www.naturalnews.com/2019-12-27-a...y-men.html

Quote:BOMBSHELL: AIDS was developed as a bioweapon and administered through CDC-approved vaccine trials that targeted GAY men in the 1970s

(Natural News) Did you know that, just prior to the HIV and AIDS epidemic that swept the American homosexual population during the early 1980s, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had conducted a hepatitis B vaccine experiment that’s believed to have triggered it?

Between the years of 1978 and 1981, the CDC specifically targeted homosexual men living in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles – three major cities where HIV and AIDS seemingly appeared out of nowhere – with hepatitis B vaccines that were manufactured with infected blood. This blood was then injected into chimpanzees that were known to be infected with the cancer-causing simian virus 40, also known as SV40.
As you may recall, SV40 is the same virus that was identified in polio vaccines administered during the 1950s, which could explain the meteoric rise in cancer we’re now seeing roughly 70 years later.
Prior to the CDC’s administering of these hepatitis B vaccines among homosexual populations, HIV and AIDS didn’t even exist in the United States. But after this little experiment, the details of which remain largely under wraps, HIV and AIDS began to spread like wildfire.
By the time the CDC’s hepatitis B experiment reached its conclusion in 1981, the CDC actually declared AIDS to be an epidemic. Just one year prior, however, the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) published a report proclaiming the CDC’s AIDS-tainted hepatitis B vaccine to be “safe and incidence of side effects low,” with an alleged 96 percent success rate.

How a vaccine that almost immediately resulted in some 20 percent of homosexual men living in Manhattan contracting HIV in 1980 – this figure doubled to 40 percent by 1984 – could be considered “safe and incidence of side effects low” is truly mind-boggling. But this is what was declared at the time, and the rest is history.
For more related news about the CDC, be sure to check out CDC.news.
Did the CIA create HIV 10 years before the CDC began administering it in vaccines?
This type of human medical experimentation is really nothing new for our country. In fact, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is said to have intentionally created HIV as far back as 1970 when Dr. Donald MacArthur, the then-Deputy Director for Research and Technology at the Department of Defense, requested $10 million from Congress to develop a synthetic biological agent with resistance “to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.”
Though it hasn’t technically been proven that the CIA is responsible for HIV, and thus AIDS, we know that CIA-supervised mycoplasma research that took place at Fort Detrick’s Special Operations Division had been working on creating a synthetic immunosuppressive agent, which very likely turned out to be HIV.
One year later in 1971, then-President Richard Nixon actually converted Fort Detrick from an “offensive biowarfare laboratory” into the Frederick Cancer Research and Development Center, which today is known as the National Cancer Institute (NCI) at Frederick.
The handling of HIV appears to have then transferred hands to the CDC, which plotted to set it loose in many of America’s major cities in order to create a new public health crisis, specifically within the homosexual community.
Little-known PBS interview that was never aired linked HIV to Merck’s polio vaccine, which contained AIDS-causing SV40
Several years after the CDC declared AIDS to be an epidemic, medical historian Edward Shorter and Dr. Maurice Hilleman, the foremost vaccine developer at Merck at the time, appeared on PBS to discuss SV40 contamination in Merck’s polio vaccine.
Though this 1987 interview never actually aired, for reasons you’re about to learn, it was submitted to the Library of Congress making it available for access. In 2011, it was also uploaded to YouTube, though it has since been pulled “due to a copyright claim by Leonard G. Horowitz.”
Its contents, however, are now widely known by those who’ve been following this scandal, revealing that SV40 is not just associated with cancer, but also with AIDS. According to Dr. Hilleman, SV40 itself could be the source of AIDS, as he once declared, “I didn’t know we were importing AIDS” in reference to Merck’s SV40-contaminated polio vaccines.
“It was good science at the time because that was what you did,” he went on to contend, adding that, “you didn’t worry about these wild viruses.” But it’s these wild viruses that served as vector points for the spread of other novel and deadly illnesses like HIV and AIDS – and because they’re still in modern-day vaccines, these same wild viruses continue to pose a ubiquitous public health threat.
Suffice it to say that HIV and AIDS, as well as other novel diseases that originated in primates, were delivered to human populations intentionally through the administration of vaccines. Since AIDS specifically can be traced to these CDC hepatitis B vaccine experiments, it’s safe to say that our own government is directly responsible for an untold number of injuries and deaths caused by diseases that were laced into government-mandated vaccines.
“The actual number of AIDS deaths among the men in the experiment has never been revealed, nor have their medical records been studied,” explains the Alliance for Human Research Protection (AHRP).
“Efforts to obtain this information have been rebuffed invoking the ‘confidential’ nature of the experiment to deny access,” the group goes on to explain, suggesting that folks who are interested in this scandal further investigate the works of Dr. Alan Cantwell, MD, and the books Gay Vaccine Experiments and the American (Not African) Origin of AIDS and The Virus Cancer Program.

There's nothing much better than waking up to the UK's BBC Breakfast programme where news, current affairs,
arts and weather are offered.

The two Presenters -probably like many early-morning shows of the similar vein on television around the world,
pitch articles that are supposed to be neutral, upbeat and informative and with a slight-cheesy leaning toward
entertaining a standard household preparing for a new day.

But I'm sure the BBC's Diversity Department also take the opportunity to make sure that the couple of stories that
are presented every twenty minutes, benefits those of the public who believe rainbow-coloured unicorns chase the
evil white man into the sea and multiculturalism is the Holy Grail that only women, gays and people of colour can
appreciate.

Bad things are something only the white dudes do and so, the BBC Breakfast programme stays away from the
darker areas of the world, where reality messes with their paradigm.

Referrals to the Young People’s Gender Service at the Sandyford clinic in Glasgow have climbed by more
than 80% in a year for those aged between four and 10.

The clinic recorded 298 cases in 2018 among children of all ages.

Some critics have claimed children are being encouraged to begin the process of changing their gender too
early and too quickly. Six psychologists at the Tavistock Centre in England resigned claiming their work was
hampered by concerns around accusations of transphobia.

An inquiry has been launched at Tavistock after it emerged almost three-quarters of children referred were girls

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde said the number of referred children aged 11 to 16 increased from 198 in 2017

One referral fell outsides the age categories.

'An Antiques Roadshow tasted what he thought was a 150-year-old bottle of port - only to discover it was actually
full of urine, several brass pins and one human hair.

Glass expert Andy McConnell was handed the mysterious bottle during an episode in Trelissick, Cornwall, after a
local found it buried in the threshold of their house. The excited specialist used a syringe to extract the contents and
move it into a glass while remarking 'it's very brown'. He then used a finger to taste some.

After grimacing, the expert told the audience: 'I think it's port - port or red wine... or it's full of rusty old nails and that's

Host Fiona Bruce then revealed the results of their survey during a recent show.

She said: 'Inside were these brass pins, all of these dating from the late 1840s and the liquid - urine, a tiny bit of alcohol
and one human hair.' Bruce then revealed the object was actually a witches' bottle - which had been buried by the front
door of the house to guard against evil spirits.

Adding that it also contained a type of cockle called and ostracod, she continued: 'So what this was not a bottle of port or
wine but a witches’ bottle.

'So buried in the threshold of the house as a talisman against witchcraft, against curses, against misfortune coming into
the home. So you glad you tried it?'
Andy McConnell was unrepentant and insisted: 'It was too much of a good opportunity to miss!'...'

Quote:AN ACTUAL CRAIG'S LIS
PERSONALS AD
To the Guy Who Tried to Mug Me in Downtown Savannah night before last.
Date: 2019,18th, 1:43 am. E.S.T.
I was the guy wearing the black Burberry jacket that you demanded that I hand over, shortly after you pulled
the knife on me and my girlfriend, threatening our lives. You also asked for my girlfriend's purse and earrings. I can only hope that you somehow come across this rather important message.
First, I'd like to apologize for your embarrassment; I didn't expect you to actually crap in your pants when
I drew my pistol after you took my jacket. The evening was not that cold, and I was wearing the jacket for a reason. my girlfriend was happy that I just returned safely from my 2nd tour as a Combat Marine in Afghanistan.
She had just bought me that Kimber Custom Model 1911 .45 ACP pistol for my birthday, and we had picked up a shoulder holster for it that very evening. Obviously you agree that it is a very intimidating weapon when pointed at your head ... isn't it?!
I know it probably wasn't fun walking back to wherever you'd come from with crap in your pants.
I'm sure it was even worse walking bare-footed since I made you leave your shoes, cell phone, and wallet with me. (That prevented you from calling or running to your buddies to come help mug us again).
After I called your mother or "Momma" as you had her listed in your cell, I explained the entire episode of
what you'd done.
Then I went and filled up my gas tank as well as those of four other people in the gas station, -- on your credit card. The guy with the big motor home took 153 gallons and was extremely grateful!
I gave your shoes to a homeless guy outside Vinnie Van Go Go's, along with all the cash in your wallet.
[That made his day!]
I then threw your wallet into the big pink "pimp mobile" that was parked at the curb ... after I broke the
windshield and side window and keyed the entire driver's side of the car.
Earlier, I managed to get in two threatening phone calls to the DA's office and one to the FBI, while mentioning
President Trump as my possible target.
The FBI guy seemed really intense and we had a nice long chat (I guess while he traced your number etc).
In a way, perhaps I should apologize for not killing you ... but I feel this type of retribution
is a far more appropriate punishment for your threatened crime. I wish you well as you try to sort through some of these rather immediate pressing issues, and can only hope that you have the opportunity to reflect upon, and perhaps reconsider, the career path you've chosen
to pursue in life. Remember, next time you might not be so lucky.
Have a good day!
Thoughtfully yours,
Semper fi,
Alex

Quote:The American flag does not fly because the wind moves past it.....
The American flag flies from the last breath of each military member who has died serving it."

AIRLINE CAPTAIN'S REPORT...
My lead flight attendant came to me and said, "We have an H.R. on this flight" (H.R. stands for Human Remains.)
"Are they military?" I asked.
'Yes', she said.
'Is there an escort?' I asked.
'Yes, I've already assigned him a seat'.
'Would you please tell him to come to the Flight Deck.  You can board him early," I said...
A short while later a young army sergeant entered the flight deck.  He was the image of the perfectly dressed soldier.  He introduced himself and I asked him about his soldier.
The escorts of these fallen soldiers talk about them as if they are still alive and still with us.  'My soldier is on his way back to Virginia,' he said.  He proceeded to answer my questions, but offered no words.
I asked him if there was anything I could do for him and he said no.  I told him that he had the toughest job in the military, and that I appreciated the work that he does for the families of our fallen soldiers.  The first officer and I got up out of our seats to shake his hand.  He left the Flight Deck to find his seat.
We completed our preflight checks, pushed back and performed an uneventful departure.  About 30 minutes into our flight, I received a call from the lead flight attendant in the cabin.
'I just found out the family of the soldier we are carrying, is also on board', she said.  She then proceeded to tell me that the father, mother, wife and 2-year old daughter were escorting their son, husband, and father home.  The family was upset because they were unable to see the container that the soldier was in before we left.
We were on our way to a major hub at which the family was going to wait four hours for the connecting flight home to Virginia.  The father of the soldier told the flight attendant that knowing his son was below him in the cargo compartment and being unable to see him was too much for him and the family to bear.

He had asked the flight attendant if there was anything that could be done to allow them to see him upon our arrival.  The family wanted to be outside by the cargo door to watch the soldier being taken off the airplane.
I could hear the desperation in the flight attendants voice when she asked me if there was anything I could do.  'I'm on it', I said.  I told her that I would get back to her.

Airborne communication with my company normally occurs in the form of e-mail like messages  I decided to bypass this system and contact my flight dispatcher directly on a secondary radio.  There is a radio operator in the operations control center who connects you to the telephone of the dispatcher.  I was in direct contact with the dispatcher.  I explained the situation I had on board with the family and what it was the family wanted.  He said he understood and that he would get back to me.

Two hours went by and I had not heard from the dispatcher.  We were going to get busy soon and I needed to know what to tell the family.  I sent a text message asking for an update.  I saved the return message from the dispatcher and the following is the text:
'Captain, sorry it has taken so long to get back to you.  There is policy on this now, and I had to check on a few things.  Upon your arrival a dedicated escort team will meet the aircraft.  The team will escort the family to the ramp and plane side.  A van will be used to load the remains with a secondary van for the family.
The family will be taken to their departure area and escorted into the terminal, where the remains can be seen on the ramp..  It is a private area for the family only.  When the connecting aircraft arrives, the family will be escorted onto the ramp and plane side to watch the remains being loaded for the final leg home.
Captain, most of us here in flight control are veterans.  Please pass our condolences on to the family.  Thanks.
I sent a message back, telling flight control thanks for a good job..  I printed out the message and gave it to the lead flight attendant to pass on to the father.  The lead flight attendant was very thankful and told me, 'You have no idea how much this will mean to them.'
Things started getting busy for the descent, approach and landing.   After landing, we cleared the runway and taxied to the ramp area..  The ramp is huge with 15 gates on either side of the alleyway.  It is always a busy area with aircraft maneuvering every which way to enter and exit.  When we entered the ramp and checked in with the ramp controller, we were told that all traffic was being held for us
'There is a team in place to meet the aircraft', we were told.  It looked like it was all coming together, then I realized that once we turned the seat belt sign off, everyone would stand up at once and delay the family from getting off the airplane.  As we approached our gate, I asked the copilot to tell the ramp controller, we were going to stop short of the gate to make an announcement to the passengers.  He did that and the ramp controller said, 'Take your time.'
I stopped the aircraft and set the parking brake  I pushed the public address button and said:  'Ladies and gentleman, this is your Captain speaking: I have stopped short of our gate to make a special announcement.  We have a passenger on board who deserves our honor and respect.  His name is Private XXXXXX, a soldier who recently lost his life.  Private XXXXXX s under your feet in the cargo hold.

Escorting him today is Army Sergeant XXXXXX.  Also, on board are his father, mother, wife, and daughter.  Your entire flight crew is asking for all passengers to remain in their seats to allow the family to exit the aircraft first.  Thank you.'

We continued the turn to the gate, came to a stop and started our shutdown procedures.  A couple of minutes later I opened the cockpit door.  I found the two forward flight attendants crying, something you just do not see.  I was told that after we came to a stop, every passenger on the aircraft stayed in their seats, waiting for the family to exit the aircraft.
When the family got up and gathered their things, a passenger slowly started to clap his hands.  Moments later, more passengers joined in and soon the entire aircraft was clapping.  Words of 'God Bless You', I'm sorry, thank you, be proud, and other kind words were uttered to the family as they made their way down the aisle and out of the airplane.  They were escorted down to the ramp to finally be with their loved one.
Many of the passengers disembarking thanked me for the announcement I had made.  They were just words, I told them, I could say them over and over again, but nothing I say will bring back that brave soldier.
I respectfully ask that all of you reflect on this event and the sacrifices that millions of our men and women have made to ensure our freedom and safety in these United States of AMERICA.

I know everyone who reads this will have tears in their eyes, including me.  Prayer chain for our Military.  Don't break it!  Please send this on after a short prayer for our service men and women.

Topics We Aren't Allowed to Talk About

Throughout the impeachment drama, the press repeatedly told you that the president was a liar.
They said his lies are why he had to be impeached. Donald Trump is a salesman; he is a talker, a booster,
a compulsive self-promoter.

If Trump hadn't gotten rich in real estate, then he could've made a fortune selling cars. Most people know this.
So is lying really the reason the left despises Trump? Or could the problem be, as is so often the case, the exact
opposite of what they claim?

What drives them completely crazy are those moments when Trump dares to tell the truth. Think back over the
last four years to when the CNN anchors have been angriest. Was it when Trump exaggerated his own
accomplishments?

No. They are used to that kind of lying from all politicians. What infuriates them is when Trump tells the truth.
Truth is the real threat to their power.

There is an unspoken agreement among the people in charge of our country not to talk about what has happened to it.
They are personally implicated in its decline. Often they are profiting from it. The last thing they want is a national
conversation about what went wrong.

So they maintain an increasingly strict policy of mandatory reality avoidance. Everything is fine, they shout.
Voices rising in hysteria. Shut up or we will hurt you.

Trump won't shut up. That is his crime; that is why they hate him. It started with his very first speech as a presidential
candidate: "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. ... They're sending people that have lots of
problems, and they're bringing those problems with us.
They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

Trump could have worded his statement more clearly, but he never claimed that everyone coming over the border is a
criminal. But acknowledging that not every illegal immigrant improves America raises uncomfortable questions.

If illegal immigration has a downside, then why has Washington allowed so much of it? If the people in charge actually cared,
they would have tried harder to protect our borders.
But Washington, for decades, has let millions of foreigners with no screening come across the border to use our services,
often lower wages and in some cases, commit crimes.

That is all true, which by definition made it unacceptable to say. The news anchors pretended that by saying it, Trump was
somehow attacking defenseless Mexicans.

Actually, he was attacking the gatekeepers in our national media. The people who should have been sounding the alarm about
all of this, but instead made common cause with the ruling class they were supposed to be covering. Our system is rotten and
corrupt, and the news media are a major reason for why that is.
That is what Trump pointed out, and, not surprisingly, they despised him for doing it.

Lost in the haze of this was any meaningful discussion of those policies. A cynic might say that was by design, the whole point
of the tantrum. It's certainly a theme in Washington. For example, after the killing of Saudi columnist Jamal Khashoggi, Trump
said that while he disapproved of the murder, Saudi Arabia remained a U.S. ally.

The president cited the $450 billion worth of Saudi investments in the United States as well as agreements to buy American
military equipment. If we broke our alliance with them, he said, the U.S. economy would suffer and China and Russia would
benefit instead.

Now, whatever you think of the Saudis, what he said is true. This is the arrangement we have had with the Saudi kingdom
for generations. Everyone in Washington knows that because a lot of them are on the Saudi payroll.
Trump's crime was saying it out loud.

The same is true with his comments on Baltimore. Baltimore may be the most depressing big city on the eastern seaboard.
Have you been there? Everyone in Washington has. If you want to take a train from Washington to New York, you have to
pass through Baltimore.

This summer, the president told the rest of the world what it's like. Baltimore, he said, is "rodent infested, not to mention a
corrupt mess." Why is Baltimore so bad? How did it get so poor and hopeless? Part of the answer is 50 years of uninterrupted
Democratic Party rule.

But saying that would be embarrassing to the Democratic Party, so the party's apologists don't want to have the conversation.
Instead, they attacked the man who tried to start it.

Baltimore remained dangerous, the kind of place where a kid gets shot riding his bike.
That is what life is like for the poor people stuck in Baltimore, a place where MSNBC contributors don't dare to tread.
The people in charge want to make certain you never think or talk about Baltimore.

They also don't want any debate about the war in Afghanistan, immigration or declining middle-class life expectancy.
Thinking or talking about any of this might point out our leaders' egregious failures. Whatever we do, we can't bring
that up because it is embarrassing.

So instead, let's just agree that Trump is a racist liar and move on. My gosh, what a bad person he is. Unlike us.

Congolese Woman Dies At Border... the US/Mexico One.

My geography knowledge is getting worse.

Quote:Congolese woman, 41, dies after entering US border custody.

'A 41-year-old Congolese asylum seeker died Wednesday in U.S. government custody shortly after she
entered a border station in South Texas, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said Thursday.

CBP says  the woman, who the agency did not identify, had arrived at an official port of entry in Laredo, Texas,
early Tuesday afternoon. The woman came with paperwork that documented a "previous medical condition,"
CBP said. The agency's medical personnel cleared her to be detained overnight.

The agency's statement says the woman told CBP officers early Wednesday that "she was suffering from
abdominal pain and had vomited." The agency says it contacted emergency personnel "immediately" and
had her taken to a local hospital.

According to information  CBP gave members of Congress, the woman was diagnosed at the hospital with acute
kidney failure. A congressional aide who spoke on condition of anonymity provided details to The Associated Press.
CBP did not identify her illness in its public statement.

"The subject's health declined rapidly and she passed away at the hospital," CBP's public statement said.
She was traveling with her husband and two children, who were subsequently released.

Agents at official crossings between the U.S. and Mexico have stopped tens of thousands of asylum seekers from
entering the country under policies enacted by President Donald Trump's administration, limiting crossings at many
ports to just a few people daily and forcing others to wait in Mexico.

CBP told Congress that its officers admitted the woman and her family as part of the daily number of people allowed
to enter at the Gateway to the Americas bridge. The agency says the Webb County medical examiner "has determined
that the death is not suspicious, as the individual had a preexisting medical condition."

CBP declined to answer follow-up questions about the case. The medical examiner's office and the embassy for the
Democratic Republic of the Congo in Washington, D.C., did not return messages Thursday.

At least 11 people died this year after entering CBP's custody, according to statements posted on the agency's website.
Those people include a 16-year-old teenager from Guatemala who died of the flu inside a Border Patrol cell in Weslaco,
Texas, in May. Surveillance video later showed Hernandez had been lying unresponsive for several hours despite the
agency's claims that it did regular checks on him.

The Department of Homeland Security's inspector general last week cleared CBP of any wrongdoing in the deaths of
two children last December, 7-year-old Jakelin Amei Rosmery Caal Maquin and 8-year-old Felipe Gomez Alonzo.
Both cases raised questions about whether the children received medical care quickly enough.

Jakelin was not transported from a remote border outpost to a larger Border Patrol station for seven hours.
Felipe was taken to a hospital in New Mexico with a fever, released, than taken with his father to a holding facility at a
highway checkpoint.
Several hours later, after agents had helped clean up his vomit, he was taken back to a hospital where he soon died...'
