Don't buy into every allegation of "false flag", because a great many of those allegations are themselves false flags. they are psyops perpetrated by government operatives who are referred to as "internet warriors" or "e-warriors" in certain circles. the objective of them is to get your attention off of the real opposition and direct it at harmless targets while the real opponents clean your clock as you are distracted.
That's the reason there are so many allegations of "false flag" everywhere you look. There are not nearly as many false flag ops run in a given year as there are claims of them. All of the other allegations are just word-wars, meant to distract and confuse you.
Once, I asked a wise man "how do you tell the bad guys from the good guys here?". his reply was simple and straightforward - "The bad guys are the ones shooting at you. Everyone else are just spectators".
If you want to know who your real target is, look for muzzle flashes, not attempts to confuse you with mere words.

However, the only false flags I've paid attention to are the ones who have the same crisis actors involved in the photos and comments to the media. There are other key factors one can look at too on their own. There are a lot of REAL false flags, but as you suggested, it can be an OP behind some of them.

Second Alton Sterling Video Surfaces, Completely Vindicates Cops
Video footage which has come out showing the fatal shooting of Alton Sterling has been shoddy, at best… At least until now.
USA Today has posted a high resolution clip of Sterling’s death which is not blurred out, like the others. This video totally vindicates the officers involved.

Blue Lives Matter explained the footage in detail, and exactly why it justifies Sterling’s shooting:

I do recall seeing a video a few days ago that showed one of the officers removing a gun from Sterling's pocket, however.

I'd like to be able to say I'm surprised by those articles, but sadly I can't.
The second one in particular is galling. Those same kids agitation FOR segregation seem to have forgotten how their parents and grandparents fought so hard against it, how they made inroads into segregating white neighborhoods in the 60's and 70's in a hard fought battle - now their kids and grandkids want to just throw that away. The older generation can recall what "black-only" neighborhoods were like, and know there is a reason they fought to get out of them.
They seem not to have properly educated their children about the progress they made, and the cost it took to make it.
Be that as it may, I'm entirely prepared to give them their wishes, so long as equality is preserved, meaning they can have black-only housing and black-only safe spaces if the same exclusionary zones are provided to white, hispanic, oriental, Jewish, etc., etc. students.

Being as Baton Rouge is near me, we are pretty much aware of what is going on.
The local blacks have been protesting calmly and peacefully, not blocking roads and staying where they are told to.
Now then, now the BLM has shown up and we hope they do not start shit like they did in Ferguson, making the locals look bad.
From what we have seen on the video, which was shot by a group of people who follow police scanners and show up at the scene to take images, there was no excuse we could see to shoot the man multiple times.
The police confiscated the video from the convenience store before the store owner had even had a chance to view it.
How many times have cops done that in the past? Numerous times.....
Anyhow, the group that shot the video waited and waited to see if the police would be transparent and release the vid from store
When no one ever did, they posted their video to social media.
And that is when everyone started questioning WTH happened.
As I said tho, so far, the locals have been calmly protesting, following orders of where they can be and not to block roads.
Just hope the outsiders don't try to instigate anything, causing mayhem when there is no need for it.

Last year there was a shooting in another town just north of B.R.
An autistic 6 yr old white boy was shot and killed when 2 black deputy marshalls shot into a vehicle to get at the driver, not knowing the kid was in there
Those 2 were arrested and charged.
However, there is politics at play here and behind the scenes grumbling of who gets to do what in that town....Casino town BTW.
So even tho it is similar in a way, it is not, even tho some in B.R. are trying to compare to it.

That video has bothered me since the first time I saw it. If someone I allegedly love is laying there bleeding out, I'm probably not going to be using my cell phone to video the expiration and offering calm commentary as the video rolls. Even the cop was more hysterical than she was.
I didn't catch her even trying to check on the kid in the back seat to see if the child got perforated in the exchange. She's just entirely too nonchalant and carefree to be watching the death of a loved one.
Were it me, I'd be using that phone to call 911 and get an ambulance out there post haste, because the cop was just covering a dying man with his weapon and getting hysterical about it. That I can understand - shooting a man can be traumatic, especially if it's the first time you've ever shot a man, or you don't shoot folks on a regular enough basis to get blase about it.

the situation. The young mother oddly stated certain phrases and in a way that implied a purely innocent
encounter with a law officer has mutated into a confusing situation that she's rationally attempting to get
to grips with.
However, her full real-time explaining of the reason for being pulled over and her lucid description of how
her boyfriend has I.D and a licence to carry the firearm comes-off as a narrative -as Ninurta points out,
not the standard behavior of somebody sitting beside a loved one who is seriously injured.
What benefit does it bring the wounded person and the endangered child to turn the phone from the
scene and place yourself in view on the video...? what narcissistic impulse demands that your own face
must be in view?
The Policeman is frantic and holding a weapon trained on the man he has just allegedly shot, the young
woman's child is in the back of the car and presumably aware of this terrible scene. The woman -herself,
is still in harm's way.
Yet calmly, she explains on the video the entire situation and even assures the Policeman that she will
stay still whilst commenting the policeman has shot her boyfriend's arm 'off' All in a tone of calmness.
One would be curious of who in this situation has really had the training to handle such a volatile position.
As the Patrolman reiterates in an hysterical-cracked voice his reasons for firing the weapon, the girlfriend
again -placidly relates to the Officer brandishing the firearm into the vehicle that her boyfriend was merely
doing as he was requested and putting his hand in his pocket for his I.D and driver's licence.
Quickly adding on the end of that confirmation 'Oh my God, please don't kill me -he said'
But the next sentences are very weird.
"Please don't tell me my boyfriend went just like that...' the woman says and stares into the camera.
Is God on the other end of the phone?
The Officer demands that the woman keeps her hands still and with a tone of confidence that gives
notice that her perception of the horrific situation is under control and she isn't overtly emotional,
she replies:
"Yes Sir, I will keep my hands where they are" -which is indicative in my view, of somebody in a
situation that they are confident enough -to not only accept it without hysteria, but also look
for ways of manipulating certain sections of the situation.
As in, she agrees with the Policeman's request whilst knowing that her filming of the situation that
she really wishes to do is more of a priority. Your boyfriend is seriously injured and your child is in
possible harm's way... so you film it. Like what any normal Mother would do?!!
As a quiet time occurs and all that can be heard is the struggling breathing of her beloved slumped
beside her, she again says with a saddened voice "Please don't tell me this Lord...please don't tell me
that he's gone, please don't tell that he's gone"
Then, she quickly adds "Please don't tell me Officer that you did this to him..."
So now the audience have just had the information confirmed, the woman has stated in a pleading
manner that the policeman was the shooter and also explained to the viewers that:
'...You shot four bullets into him, Sir..."
So now we have more specific information in regards of the account.
They're still arguing on how many shots Oswald fired at JFK, but here we have a serene young woman
who has relayed to the world via technology, the correct amount she witnessed.
All the while, her boyfriend is dying and her child is still in possible danger. Remember, this irrational
lawman has just fatally wounded her loved-one with four bullets and the child of this mother is still
in peril.
Thank God the battery in the phone is holding up though, heh?
(The above comment may seem insensitive, but videoing my loved-one's death would not
be as important as attempting to obtain medical aid with that phone. Something is not quite here.)

The vehicle that was transporting the child to the hospital was eventually allowed to pass, but it took police intervention before they would step aside.
