There may come a day when the reality of what has happened in the last two years will be fully revealed
in the mainstream, but I advise not holding one's breath. The main problem with how we're perceiving this
current -but fading, 'crisis' is that we've stopped reading the actual words that those in positions of authority
display.
Remember, a Government body -certainly in the first-world community, adheres to the rules of accountability
due to possible repercussions or blow-backs from a public that elects them. Possible laws in the future are
debated and negotiated on many levels with the view that it helps rather than hinders the everyday process
of societal improvement.
Of course, many laws can be argued in the public square that seemingly fails to assist a majority, but overall,
an ethical standard is aspired to that assures a generic trust that a large collective will choose to vote those
in power once again.
To create a law, means all variables were looked at and no human-rights are effected. If a law fails due to a
failure to appreciate this collective, the impact can be devastating on many levels. Trust can be ruined and
chaos can ensue.
For example in the Covid subject, your medical history is a confidential matter between an individual, his/her
self-chosen Doctor and the wider -but limited, industry of medical care. An individual can voluntarily show their
medical conditions, but nobody except those trained and permitted by that individual in medical care can demand
it.
( 'The Nightingale Pledge' of nursing is often held as an example of the bond between patient and nurses, along
with the section of the -often revised Hippocratic Oath that says:
"...What I may see or hear in the course of the treatment or even outside of the treatment in regard
to the life of men, which on no account one must spread abroad, I will keep to myself, holding such
things shameful to be spoken about...")
The UK's National Health Service (NHS) explains the laws regarding what the media tagged 'Covid passports'.
The NHS call it a Pass and notice how it is framed, this is important.
The 'Pass' is for the use of an App that can be used within the NHS framework to help their medical care and
arguably slow down an infectious disease. It's never mentioned on the 'Covid-Response' web page that is for
any other use, but it does hint that it CAN be used elsewhere.
Words are important!
Read it again, 'Lets' -allows individuals. 'To demonstrate' - an act that derives from that individual's willingness to show
their medical status pertaining to Covid-19. 'To encourage' - to urge, but not demand. But if such demands occur, the
Government are not responsible for any negative repercussions of this oppressive behaviour.
Bullying-by-proxy, if you will!
The Cop-Out Clause.
Define 'essential retailers'...? Who would you consider an esential retailer if you owned a retailing business? You?
Granted, many types of businesses were chosen to be ordered to close due to a weighing of their importance and
hence the need for compensation via furlough payments. One would assume such recompense would be acceptable
to these companies and have an effect on later reviews on re-employment.
Here's a piece from the NHS web page that should show how the subtle use of language and words has brought us
to where we are now.
Under-18's 'Should not' -not cannot. Those exempt 'may be asked' -not can be demanded and of course, the use
of the term 'self-declare', a voluntary act of the individual.
The advisory information uses the trick of forming its own questions too, a trend within those who desire something,
but know they cannot speak it.
All vague situations that leaves any outcomes for such actions to those who choose to implement such restrictions.
Ironically -and probably before this web page was written, the UK Government actually organised large indoor meetings
for youngsters in order to test such Covid-effects on congregations.
.......................................
But what if you've had the Coof or you've survived the injections, what do you do when you want to go to a chosen venue?
Maybe you're in the position of not being able to have the jab or -God Forbid, you're one of those heathens who doesn't
have a smartphone?!
Even worse than all the above, you were a guinea-pig in a Coof-trial and now strangely exempt from the 'Paperz Pleaz'
situation. What do you do then? Don't panic, the lab is there for you.
(For a vaccine that doesn't stop infection or transmission... hopefully, your sides should be aching around now from the
amusement!)
They even display an example of this letter! But let's start out with the common question:
How many employees of the various businesses around the UK do you think have been trained (and paid for) to scrutinise
such information AND are accountable if this information later proves to be false?
The same National Health Service states:
Do you think shelf-stackers or night-club doormen have such consent?!
No, of course not and the Government and the NHS know it.
So how does a Government and a State-funded medical organisation get more fear-causing, confusing and down-right
tyrannical thoughts in peoples minds...? The Media, another sector that revels in word-play and reaps the benefits of a
cowering populace and a willing group to buy their mendacious bullshit.
...........................................................................
Anyway, back to looking at the information regarding those who are unable to join the beautiful-people who've had the jab
and want the unwashed to be put in camps. It's true... I saw it on a news website!!!
Observe the careful wording and full labelling to make sure the advice cannot be held responsible if situations go awry.
The last sentence should tell you everything, the main point is that it is the last sentence.

Quote:What is the NHS COVID Pass
The NHS COVID Pass lets individuals share their coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination and test results in a secure
way.
The government has made the NHS COVID Pass available as a means for individuals to demonstrate COVID status
and for organisations to check it, if organisations choose to use it.
The government will work with organisations that operate large, crowded settings where people are likely to be in
close proximity to others outside their household to encourage the use of the NHS COVID Pass.
The NHS COVID Pass can be checked visually or scanned using the NHS Verifier app...
Read it again, 'Lets' -allows individuals. 'To demonstrate' - an act that derives from that individual's willingness to show

Quote:There is also an exemption for people who have received a trial vaccine as part of a formally-approved COVID-19
vaccine trial in the UK will be able to prove their status through the NHS COVID Pass or with a letter confirming
their participation in the trial. All trial participants have received confirmatory letters:
*Individuals under 18 should not be required to demonstrate COVID status in settings where the NHS COVID Pass
is used.
*Individuals who have a medical reason which means they cannot be vaccinated or tested may be asked to self-declare
this medical exemption...
Under-18's 'Should not' -not cannot. Those exempt 'may be asked' -not can be demanded and of course, the use

Quote:Should my organisation use the NHS COVID Pass
Use of the NHS COVID Pass is voluntary for individual organisations, however we encourage the use of the NHS
COVID Pass in facilities or events where people are likely to be in close proximity to a large number of people
from other households for a sustained period of time.
This is likely to include settings that have the following characteristics:
*Crowded, unstructured indoor settings such as nightclubs and music venues.
*Large unstructured outdoor events such as business events and festivals.
*Very large structured events such as business events, music and spectator sport events...
All vague situations that leaves any outcomes for such actions to those who choose to implement such restrictions.

Quote:Proof of clinical trial exemption
People who have received a trial vaccine as part of a formally-approved COVID-19 vaccine trial in the UK will be able to
prove their status through the NHS COVID Pass or with a letter confirming their participation in the trial.
Those who have participated in a clinical vaccination trial have been provided with a letter from their clinical research site...
They even display an example of this letter! But let's start out with the common question:
How many employees of the various businesses around the UK do you think have been trained (and paid for) to scrutinise
such information AND are accountable if this information later proves to be false?
The same National Health Service states:
Quote:Health and care records are confidential so you can only access someone else's records if you're authorised to do so.
To access someone else's health records, you must: be acting on their behalf with their consent,
or have legal authority to make decisions on their behalf (power of attorney), or have another legal basis for access...
Do you think shelf-stackers or night-club doormen have such consent?!
No, of course not and the Government and the NHS know it.

Quote:Exemptions
There will also be a small number of exemptions for individuals who have a medical reason which means they cannot
vaccinate or test. These individuals will need to self-declare their medical exemption directly with you.
A digital solution is being developed which will enable individuals with a medical exemption to show their COVID-19
status using the NHS COVID Pass. In the interim, please follow the advice below.
Please be mindful and respectful where there are potentially circumstances where a customer or individual cannot safely
demonstrate their COVID-19 status by taking a vaccination or a test. This could include people:
*with learning disabilities or autistic individuals, or with a combination of impairments which result in the same distress
*those suffering from or under medical supervision for acute or evolving serious diseases or those receiving palliative
care or undergoing treatment with unpleasant side effects
Event or venue organisers in England that choose to use the NHS COVID Pass as a condition of entry can decide
whether to accept self-declared medical exemptions where an individual cannot vaccinate or test, ensuring they
comply with the Equalities Act 2010.
Your customers may declare a medical exemption directly with you. You and your staff should not ask for evidence of
the exemption. If businesses decide to require evidence of Covid-19 status as a condition of entry, they should ensure
that they comply with all the relevant legal obligations (for example, the Equalities Act 2010) and guidance that applies.
Please consider the following steps and ensure your staff are briefed, in circumstances where you experience a customer
entering your venue or event who is not able to demonstrate their COVID-19 status.
You may see an individual wearing a visual cue to indicate they are declaring a medical exemption from testing and vaccination.
Please note any form of visual cue that indicates an exemption should be respected. This can include a handmade version.
It is not mandatory for an individual to wear a visual cue to outline they are exempt.
You should not ask these individuals to demonstrate their COVID-19 status through the NHS App.
If you cannot see a visual cue but need to ask a customer to demonstrate their COVID-19 status or declare a medical exemption,
please keep your distance to help protect them. If you are wearing a face covering, you may need to temporarily remove this so
your full face and mouth can be seen when speaking with them, which can aid lip reading and facial expression reading.
Please ask your customer if they can demonstrate their COVID-19 status using the NHS COVID Pass.
This allows your customer to respond with information about a self declared medical exemption.
If your customer confirms that they have a self declared exemption, but is unable to show any evidence, you should allow them
access to your venue or event. You must not ask for proof of their medical exemption and it is not essential they show any form
of exemption card at any point...
The last sentence should tell you everything, the main point is that it is the last sentence.
