Okay, so 111 stands for highest priority, I think someone said, and V-B stands for Virus/Bacteria.

Now today there was a person coming out suggesting the Black Hats may be releasing some kind of killer virus/bacteria on us, as he states in the video below.  Watch it. It shows where the CIA came on the Q 8Chan board and threaten them, telling them we will all die on 4-19-18.  Also, the 19th is the anniversary of lots of past bombings and attacks in the country.  Also, it's a big day for Satanic rituals with human sacrifice.    

I know our President is on this, but I'm still nervous.

I have to go out tomorrow and I'm afraid I might breath in some killer nano particles or something that could be fatal.  So, if I don't show back up here, you'll know they got me.  No worries, I'm ready to leave this hell hole behind.

Anyway, I just wanted to get this warning out to everyone.  It may just be nothing... or it may be something.  

If you have a face mask, it might not hurt to wear it tomorrow until we learn what's going on.

I think the message is for the U.S. where it is now the 19th.  This is where Pres. Trump and all his supporters/voters are.  Maybe I should have made that clearer in my OP. 

The skies are completely covered this morning where I live with clouds, but no mention of rain in the forecast.  We'll see how it goes.

As for the face mask, @"727Sky" is right.  Not much will protect you from nano particles; maybe if you go live the rest of your life in fear in an underground bunker.

When I left the skies had cleared to a beautiful blue with big white puffy clouds. No sign of a chemtrail anywhere.  So, that's good, at least.
