The YouTube Bigfoot... What's It All Really About?
(12-18-2020, 05:47 PM)BIAD Wrote: Here's an unusual account with a couple of creatures still unrecognised.
It seems it's not only 'Orange Man' that is bad!

My dear old dad swore he saw a critter similar to the first described, also in Virginia, but roughly 400 miles from Bristow, in Russell County (in the mountains, west of the Blue Ridge) in the mid to late 1980's. He said it was coming down a hillside towards a pond, and he described it as "a giant weasel-looking or mink-looking thang" He also said it "rolled" from side to side as it traveled, and that he couldn't be sure but he thought it had 6 legs instead of 4. I didn't buy the 6 leg claim. He said it was colored like a red fox. I thought maybe an otter, but otters aren't that big or that color. They do love water, though, which would explain to my mind one reason for it going to a pond in the open in broad daylight.

The second critter in the story sounds a lot like an orangutan. However, being that close to Washington DC, it could well have been a congressman.

.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

I was so waiting for someone to make the D.C. connection, and to our auspicious or should I say suspicious leaders.

Will admit my first thought was they had shape shifted into their true forms and was out enjoying the freedom, in woods close to home but far enough out not to be connected.

The otter like creature reminds me of the Chinese Huli Jing. A fox like creature that can shape shift, usually into a woman.

My mind could go so many places with this story.

For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.

Yet I still post.  tinyinlove

I was just snuffling around on the net and came across an article about an animal that
could well fit the vague image Ninurta provided.

What do you think?

Quote:Giant wolfdog at Florida sanctuary is basically a 'Game of Thrones' direwolf

'A Golden Gate Estates wolf facility is seeking to capitalize on the popularity of "Game of Thrones"
that begins its final season Sunday.

Shy Wolf Sanctuary has started a GoFundMe page with a goal of raising $100,000 to initiate Shy Wolf’s
efforts to relocate its facility and continue their mission. Donations are also accepted on the Shy Wolf website.

Big dog.

The timing of the show's airing this weekend coincides with coverage of a wolf at Shy Wolf that went viral earlier
this year. Bored Panda, a Lithuanian website, published a story and photo on Yuki — (YOO-kye), a wolf at the
sanctuary — and the TV show "Inside Edition" this week featured Yuki in a segment.

A show hostess asked whether Yuki is a direwolf, with interviews of Shy Wolf staff members.
A 2018 DNA test confirmed that Yuki is 87.5 percent gray wolf, 8.6 percent Siberian husky and 3.9 percent
German shepherd.

"The popularity of 'Game of Thrones' has fueled interest in extinct species believed to have lived from 1 million
to 10,000 years ago," Shy Wolf stated in a news release. On the HBO series, the extinct direwolves often are
featured and have been since the first episode that aired eight years ago.

"Modern-day wolves and wolfdogs can on occasion grow big enough to resemble a direwolf," the sanctuary release
continued. "In turn, the direwolves have helped with GoT’s success and incredible fan base growth.
Modern-day wolves and wolfdogs both represent the majority of the population at (Shy Wolf Sanctuary), which has
long outgrown its 2.5-acre facility in Naples’ Golden Gate Estates area."...'

'...Yuki was abandoned at eight months old by his original owners living on Florida’s east coast, ending up in a
Florida high-kill shelter. A shelter employee told Shy Wolf about him, and Yuki moved to the 2.5-acre Collier
County facility in 2007.
Wolfdogs are generally considered unadoptable by domestic animal services and have nowhere else to go...'

Edith Head Gives Good Wardrobe.
I've been keeping an eye on this chap for a few years now and just like many 'Sasquatch' YouTube videos.
the ante is always upped every year. Accounts only go so far, stick-structures don't tell a lot and footprints
in mud...?

So this guy -Christopher Noel went quiet for a while after Steve Isdahl charged onto the stage proclaiming the
majority of YouTube Bigfoot-researchers were merely prolonging the mystery and adding their own variations
to the enigma. Now he's brought a documentary that sort-of lays out his time in the woods in Northern Vermont
and his recent interactions with an elusive wood-dweller.
But what I'm asking those who know a bit about the US countryside... what do you think the figure is climbing the
apple tree from 1.21.23 in this video?

His critics say it's a porcupine.

Looks to us like two or maybe three Bear Cubs, one in the tree setting and watching him and one at the base of the tree and one on the ground, all froze as he kept saying Hello.

Mr Noel assures the viewer via another video that the shape isn't a bear due to the back-leg movement, but I thought 'bear'
when I first saw it!

The small bear in the tree nearly crunched into a perfect black ball to hide from his voice. At least that is the way I see it from his night vision scope.

It looked like The Blob to me. I think they made a movie about The Blob back in the 50's, but I never realized it was a documentary!

Now there's a strange coincidence (off topic!).

In 2006, a music group called 'The Automatic' released a song called 'Monster' where in the official video, Bigfoot and other cryptids
were displayed. In 2008, they produced another single called 'Steve McQueen', the actor who was in the movie 'The Blob'.

I get it now, Erwin Saunders, Roger Patterson, Steve McQueen, Christopher Noel and this pop group... they're all involved in this Bigfoot
concept.
How could I have been so blind?!

That was an interesting documentary video, but I am a bit chagrined that they caught me dancing in the woods on camera!

Well, usually there is a bonfire involved, but some times you just gotta bust a move on the spur of the moment wherever you may be when you got the music in you!
