Dayum! I thought the first pic was a joke, something taken from a movie frame... until the second pic was posted and we can see clearly that they are the same people!
To answer the question under the second pic, Maxwell is flashing him. The full series of photos that one is taken from is somewhat more revealing as to what they are up to.
