Kim Jong Un warns he could change his mind if the U.S. persists in ‘extremely dangerous reckless actions’

SEOUL—North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has decided not to launch a threatened missile attack on Guam, Pyongyang’s state media reported on Tuesday, but warned that he could change his mind “if the Yankees persist in their extremely dangerous reckless actions.”

Little Fat Boy Kim, he must be really hurting for money, again. Bill Clinton gave him 4 billion, I think, and Obama gave him three times that much to be nice and not build more nukes. 

He thought he could do the same thing over and over again and get the same result and why wouldn't he be given the money, that's how the last two efforts worked so well.  He got fooled.
