What we are seeing in Europe is what is called directed anger. The people of Europe are angry and at boiling point because of mass uncontroled immigration, they are sick of islam , the rapes, and the oppression.
So the governments hit the people with hard lock downs knowing that the people will rebel, its a controlled rebelling, the people get to feel they are taking power back and the pressure is relived. Mean wile the government just keep on doing what they have been doing all the time.
