Loneliness or freedom?

I'm sure the percentage increased during/after 2020. Some folks prefer to be alone.

Almost always have the dog with me.  My wife says he should have been named Shadow.

Wife and I don't have to be in the same room to not feel lonely.  Sometimes I do feel lonely if she's off galavanting around the world ... sometimes.

Dogs are so loyal.  When 'true love' goes to work the 4 of them follow me anywhere and lie down while I do chores and such.  Sometimes 'cat' comes out for a walk but not often.  

Night time they lay all around us.

How is your furry mate by the way?
