If you are using the Dark 1.8 v2 theme on a desktop browser, try this:
- Hold your CTRL key and roll your mouse wheel to zoom in but not so much you can't still see the "rate" button
- Click the button to rate
- Hold your CTRL key and roll your mouse wheel to zoom way out. The rating OK box will be in the bottom left corner
