Seems like they realize the masses are waking up, and they are trying their best to prevent it.   Too late!  

Well, I always try to resist the idea that everyone on the internet is being monitored in some fashion
and just put it down to poor reception or thoughtful-driven applications installed to make sure there's
no loss to customers who stray into dangerous areas.

But I've noticed for years that when listening to a Skype-driven discussion regarding the NSA or other
shadowy agencies, there's a breakdown in the form of reception. Voices become mute for a second or
two and strange noises can be sometimes heard.

Ninurta is more up on this stuff than myself and I wouldn't be surprised if 'they' using autonomous
recognition applications, were monitoring in some form.
