This is one point or a few I want to add
1) paid protestors
This is a bag of worms but a goldmine for the defense
Is the organization insured for all of their employees?
BLM and Antisfa may be in violation of work laws
-no insurance
-no posting required under labor comission
-who is the EEO rep for the NPO
-health insurance regulation violations
-are they registered in the state with the government of the state
-did the organization have the proper permits to protest
This is also a potential gold mine for the family of the dead woman..
Not to mention for the city
It can sue if the NGO is found in state court to be in violation of the States rules..
Just saying
