I would have been mad to, very aggravating I would think.
So, now you have to call back tomorrow and find be transferred to the correct department for food and housing.
What about the old people and kids who need medication?
That is just Fucked Up!
I hope you get more help and answers tomorrow.
My main bitch is that she lied to make herself look good. "Immediate Help" means just that. NOT 3-4 days when people need it now. There will be a few hundred people kicked out of hotels here tomorrow with no answers and no where to go.

You're going to have to fight and stay on them, plus she said the Monies would be deposited into the individuals bank accounts, has anyone came out and gather any information from all of you or any of you?
Quote:Anyone registered with the Red Cross will immediately receive $600 via direct transfer to their bank account. The local government will grab their monies first, you may need to stay on them about where your money is and what do they know.
Part of the $100 million is also intended to help local governments rebuild community infrastructure such as parks and public art that were damaged by wildfires.
They pissed off the wrong person.
