So, now you have to call back tomorrow and find be transferred to the correct department for food and housing.
What about the old people and kids who need medication?

My main bitch is that she lied to make herself look good. "Immediate Help" means just that. NOT 3-4 days when people need it now. There will be a few hundred people kicked out of hotels here tomorrow with no answers and no where to go.
