...The video doesn't say where this footage was taken. His accent could be from East TN,
Western NC, KY, or West VA.   Wherever he's from, he's definitely a red neck, as you said.  

I never did see the head.  Can you tell me where the mark is on the video to look?

From what I can gather, it's Kentucky if that helps.

The head is just the forehead and eyes, if you follow the very top from the right-hand corner,
(get rid of the title text) and look for a lit area, the head is just there. it's the bottom of area
where the first bit of sunshine light is seen from the top right.
