Should you be allowed to delete yourself from the internet?

I could be over generalizing this but it seems every year we hear stories about celebrity hacks, courts, injunctions, and even arrests in regards to said hackers / leaks. Even if New York doesn't have a specific law against revenge porn there has to be SOMETHING that forbids a) taking a video without consent and b) being illegal to broadcast said video. Even if it's not illegal, I would think the courts could prohibit the guy from releasing it (not fixing the problem but it would be easier to "scrub" it from the net if he didn't keep uploading it each time). 

Again, that could be a big over-simplification but I can't believe this guy is just completely free to keep this video and keep posting it.
