Joe Biden's Inauguration.
#1
The dying mundane media were remit on reporting the amount of flight tickets purchased to get to
Mr Biden's inauguration, but we'll assume they just forgot. Also, resisting the optics that the same
media displayed on the poor turnover of audiences during Mr Biden's election rallies, we're to presume
that thousands will turn up and take a seat.

But don't expect standing room.

Certainly 'they' are happy we have 'Photoshop' and edit splicing. Then of course the seats will be full. Just as the shoplifter grins when they are safely away from the scene of their crime, so too are the 'stealers' smiling with their smug corrupt smiles.

They can present any narrative they dare, the media has sold their soul.
Jerimiah: 16-17.....
For My eyes are on all their ways. They are not hidden from My face, and their guilt is not concealed from My eyes. 18And I will first repay them double their iniquity and their sin, because they have defiled My land with the carcasses of their detestable idols, and they have filled My inheritance with their abominations.”

They knew before hand that no one would show up, so they used the C virus as an excuse, and they are posting flags on the Mall lawn where people would stand. Each flag represents a person. I guess it's okay to dream big when a dream is all you have.
Wonder how much money it cost to buy that many flags, and to pay for having them placed?

And if you notice the symbolism, they have the U.S. flag turned upside down. That's not a good sign Folks!

Notice that the flag is right side up TO THEM, but upside down TO US. The symbolism there is palpable.

How are they ever going to justify placing 5 times as many troops in their dinky little city as they have in the entire countries of Iraq and Afghanistan combined if no one shows up to riot?

Tyrants and usurpers always see assassins in the shadows where none actually exist. It's their guilty conscience I reckon.

If a leader feels a need to ring himself with armed guards against a pissed off population, shouldn't he first ask himself what he is doing that is pissing them off?

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

@"Ninurta", even if it is facing them, the stars are on the wrong side of the flag. More being said here than meets the eye.

Over here in CovidLand, the soccer matches have still continued due their advertising contracts,
although the usual crowds are not allowed into the stadiums. (Another boon for TV channels!)

But to keep the atmosphere of a cheering, singing-and-booing audience, the TV company -and
sometimes the actual football club, pipe in the raucous noise of soccer-fans!

I know it's a bit late in the day... but do you think the crowd-tape can be posted to the capitol?!

Uniform flag patches have the stars on the side facing forward on the soldier's body, toward the front of his or her body. even if that is the "wrong" side, so that the stars are always moving forward.

I dunno. I think they are afraid to pipe ANYTHING in at the moment, for fear that "someone is out to get them". There is a name for such mental aberration in psychological circles, but that name escapes me at the moment...

As this moment arrives, the countdown has hit zero.
We already have an idea that the reprisals have begun.

Democrats.... just remember, as you celebrate and as you delight in your victory, remember you designed this and executed a fraud most foul. In your victory you will find at first it is as sweet as honey but then has a taste as acrid as sulfur. A taste as foul and deserving as your lives will ever experience. But you will be unable to rid yourself from it. And as you slide into socialism and a police state with overwhelming tax burdens, you will have no one to blame but yourselves.  As you oppress and afflict Republicans in your drive to  punish and retaliate against them,  will that smile and twinkle in your eye be sated? Will you feel a sense of satisfaction? Will you have taken the road of vengeance and reprisal.....

There is no turning back now. You have sold your soul for baubles and behind them....your freedom.

The real McCoy?

One has to wonder. Supposedly left on the resolute desk.

It's traditional for the outgoing president to leave a note on the desk for the incoming one, but they are being amazingly tight lipped about the note President Trump left for Usurper Biden... and, yeah, looks legit to me!

Has there been any reasonable explanation of why some the 'weekend-warrior' troops in DC had their backs turned
on the motorcade during the inauguration?

I dont know about the back ground of this video, but its normal if a unit is on defense duty they dont look at the motorcade but watch out for dangers

@"BIAD" , I don't know if @"Wallfire" is correct, but I've always heard it's like giving the middle finger to the person.  Again, don't know if that's true.

It depends on the mission. if you're there just to watch the parade, you're supposed to face the principal. If you're there to guard from danger, you're supposed to face the danger, and stay between it and the principal. Since there was no actual danger, and they damned well knew that, I'm going with "they were giving the motorcade the finger".

So clearly they didn't get all the white supremacist right wing extremists weeded out of the occupation detail!
