The U.N. Weather Warfare Treaty......What is it

Weather control is something you can only use if you are the only person that has it. As soon as some one else gets it then it become under MAD, so I dont think anyone is using it now. But its very possible in the early day the tests got away from them giving some unexpected results.

It is multiple governments, not just the U.S. 

In our country, sure it is more controlled now then it was. But still, since when have governments been 'honest' with the public when it comes to their black shadow projects? 

According to NOAA, mostly what is experimented with these days appears to be mostly cloud seeding.....mostly. 

In the late 1940's and 1950's many deemed "the deliberate or the inadvertent alteration of atmospheric conditions by human activity", also known as weather modification, as a promising science of the future. Currently, the most common form of weather modification is cloud seeding, which increases rain or snow, usually for the purpose of increasing the local water supply. Weather modification can also have the goal of preventing damaging weather, such as hail or hurricanes, from occurring.  

As part of Public Law 92-205 (1972), all non-Federal weather modification activities must be reported to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, via the NOAA Office of Weather and Air Quality.  Below is a list of these reports and is updated on an annual basis.

Of course, they are not going to announce any controversial experiments going on. But there are numerous projects still going on...

I would like to think there is no more "experimenting" with Mother Nature, but the skeptic in me says Nah, don't be a fool.

Would explain their push for climate change, blaming people for it. When indirectly it could have something to do with multiple governments playing God with planet Earth for decades.



Just my humble opinion, mind you.
