Yes, HAARP and the conspiracies surrounding it is what goes in the blank space above.
Just had to take a break and now need to get my info together for that.

Mainly trying to compile all the data we can get on weather control from the past to the present and what harm all this tampering around the globe with the environment might eventually do.
I was astounded to see first of all, how many people do not know about weather modifying that has been going on for years and claim one is making it up when it is mentioned. Nor do they believe our government would do such a thing.
And second, they do not know about how serious it got in the late 60's to early 70's about using weather as a weapon to the point the UN felt the need to step in.
