It is becoming more clear why the government wants to hand out FREE cell phones to anyone who doesn't have one.  The frequencies they emit probably "lock on" to the person looking at it and puts them in a spellbound state that is hard to break free from.
This is why everyone is always looking at their phones in public.  I have read that taking a phone away from people, usually the younger people, will actually cause withdrawal symptoms.   It is also reported that giving a cell phone to a child under the age of six can cause brain damage.  I read the report, but I can't seem to find where I saved it.  Sorry.

Included in the crumbs that Q is dropping, he/they are telling us that cell phones can be used with targeted individuals to carry out their evil deeds.
