You may see the top-half of a face looking up at the camera!!
The video doesn't say where this footage was taken. His accent could be from East TN, Western NC, KY, or West VA. Wherever he's from, he's definitely a red neck, as you said.
I never did see the head. Can you tell me where the mark is on the video to look?
ETA: 13:18? Did you just add that in, or did I miss it? Going back for another look now.
I'm back. Yeah, he shows something in the slides, but that looks like a completely different area than what he's filming here.
I don't know about this guy.
