Referring to the above post, I do recall Pres. Trump trying to get a better health plan in place, but the democrats blocked his every move, just like they've done in everything he's tried to accomplish.
He's had some success with things where he didn't have to go through Congress, but everything else... well, as you can see, we're still swimming in the cesspool the last administration put us in.
