Psst... Do yer' wanna see how dumbed-down people are...? Seriously, do yer' wanna see the bullshit they
gobble down everyday and call it 'truth'?!

Here's James Clapper in a Guardian article (which sucks the Government big-one with the same enthusiasm
on either side of the pond, in my view)... delivering his opinion on how the current President of the United States
could be a liability when it comes to having access to nuclear missile codes.

I know in my heart, this is just a biased 'filler' for the newspaper that hates white men and I know that -just like
many click-baiting editorials, it will create a narrative and then deconstruct it further down it's paragraphs.

But like many journalists, this type of low-brow, shake-the-war-branches, rhetoric never takes into consideration
that by attaching a comment from a noted Government employee (or in Clapper's case, one of many that secretly
listened in to the same citizens !)... The Guardian has unwittingly offered to those who refrain The Blue Pill that
there's also a reality that negates the whole article!

The image of Clapper at a podium -taken from an Australian National Press Club gig in June 2017, gives the
impression that he's speaking to a crowd of people when he makes the comments about President Trump
and the launch-codes. But in fact, The Guardian is taking an interview that Clapper had with CNN's Don Lemon
on 23rd August of this year and giving the impression via the photograph that it's some-sort of 'announcement'

Clapper stated Trump's access to missile codes is scary, I would suggest Edward Snowden's response to
the question why he became a whistle-blower could also be characterised as scary too.
“Sort of the breaking point was seeing the director of national intelligence, James Clapper, directly lie under
oath to Congress. ... Seeing that really meant for me there was no going back.”

In essence, the article implies the reader and Mr. Clapper haven't a clue to what really happens when such a
dire situation arises. And seemingly, The Guardian can also be accused of this.

'James Clapper questioned the US president’s ‘fitness to be in this office’ after his speech in Phoenix, joining a
growing chorus of alarm over his erratic behavior.



Donald Trump’s access to the nuclear codes is “pretty damn scary”, a former US intelligence chief has said,
calling Trump’s rally in Arizona on Tuesday night “disturbing”.

James Clapper, director of national intelligence (DNI) for seven years under Barack Obama, questioned the
US president’s “fitness to be in this office” after his demagogic performance in Phoenix, and expressed anxiety
about Trump’s power to launch nuclear weapons without consulting Congress or any other official.

Once a president has verified his identity with a code kept constantly on his person or nearby, the military chain
of command has no power to block his launch orders...'

Remember that... Mr. 'I-might-be-a-f*ckin'-liar-today' Clapper has just told you that once a President gives the
order... and I notice there's no mention of 'launch-codes' there, but still, NO power can stop this assumed madman
from firing off a nuclear missile.

'...“Having some understanding of the levers that a president can exercise, I worry about, frankly, the access to
the nuclear codes,” Clapper told CNN, pointing to the current stand-off with North Korea.

If “in a fit of pique he decides to do something about Kim Jong-un, there’s actually very little to stop him.
The whole system is built to ensure rapid response if necessary. So there’s very little in the way of controls
over exercising a nuclear option, which is pretty damn scary.”...'

I agree, it does seem scary. For any President of the United States to have such power to just press a button
and set off... oh wait, he has to have launch-codes and Clapper wishes for him to consult with Congress first.
This article stated that in the earlier paragraphs. Now I'm confused!

Still, once a President's mind is made-up, there's nothing to stop him, is there Blue-Pill-takers?

'...Clapper did not mention Richard Nixon, who was involved in a tense stand-off with North Korea in 1969, after
the regime shot down a US spy plane. Nixon is reported to have gotten drunk and ordered a tactical nuclear
strike, which was only averted by his national security adviser, Henry Kissinger.

Nixon’s biographers Anthony Summers and Robbyn Swan quoted a top CIA official, George Carver, as saying:
“The joint chiefs were alerted and asked to recommend targets, but Kissinger got on the phone to them.
They agreed not to do anything until Nixon sobered up in the morning.”...'

Do I have to point it out...? Really?
The climb-down now explains that a National Security Adviser can now step in, make a phone-call and tell
the Joint-Chiefs not to follow the order of their Commander.

Assuming that Henry Kissinger wasn't in the White House at the time of this crucial situation (because he had
to ring his suggestion in!)... then it sounds like this 'rapid response' system isn't that rapid if a war-mongering
President has to speak to Congress, notify his Joint-Chiefs and then give the order only if all the telephones
in the Oval Office are off the hook to stop any Bavarian Jew from cancelling his orders!!

I'll give Clapper some credit, he's maintaining his credibility as a fabulist!

Senate foreign relations committee, Bob Corker, said last week that Trump “has not yet been able to demonstrate
the stability nor some of the competence that he needs to demonstrate in order to be successful”...'

Pot-And-Kettle. If a Guardian reader is unable to read the above without thinking that Clapper's narrative is
any way more credible that the imaginary situation he accuses President Trump of possibly encountering,
then I'm sorry... the lunatics really have taken over the asylum.

'...On Capitol Hill, a Democratic congressman and senator have introduced a bill that would prohibit the president
from launching a nuclear first strike without a declaration of war by Congress.

In the wake of the Phoenix speech and Clapper’s remarks, one of the bill’s authors, the congressman Ted Lieu,
tweeted “Freaked out yet?” and called Congress to support the bill...'

How will that exactly work...? Will a nuclear strike have to take place during office hours or is it that a President
rings around using the addresses from his rolodex? Does this mean all telephone lines to the Congressmen's
homes are secure? What if a Congressman is in the shower...? Will the nuclear attack have to wait until he or
she is dried?!
And isn't that sort-of tipping off the enemy?!

'...Peter Westmacott, a former UK ambassador to Washington, said on Twitter that the rally showed “shades of
1933 Germany”....'

Jeez... Trump is Hitler and he's got the launch-codes...? I suggest calling Kissinger, he'll stop him until the morning.

'...Clapper, who stood down as DNI in January, pointed out that he had served the US under every US president
from John Kennedy to Barack Obama, having joined the Air Force in 1963.

“I don’t know when I’ve listened and watched something like this from a president that I found more disturbing,”
he said. “Having some understanding of the levers of power that are available to a president if he chooses to
exercise them, I found this downright scary and disturbing.

“How much longer does the country have to, to borrow a phrase, endure this nightmare?” Clapper asked.
He expressed hope that other Republicans would join Corker and “reach the point where enough is enough”.

Trump is reported to have fallen out with the Senate majority leader, Mitch McConnell, whom he is said to have
berated in a foul-mouthed telephone call for failing to protect the president from the investigation into his
campaign’s relationship with the Kremlin during the election campaign...'

And he nuked him... go on, say it. Oh hang on... 'it was reported' -like someone said it, but we won't say who.

Sadly, The Guardian omitted to mention that Mr. Blair is an executive producer of Countdown to Zero, a documentary
film on nuclear weapons and was the executive producer of the PBS weekly television series Superpower: Global
Affairs Television.

On top of that, Mr. Blair was the executive producer for Azimuth Media and its weekly PBS television series,
Foreign Exchange and now publishes in the Washington ProFile, Washington Observer, Washington Prism,
Taqrir Washington and for China Security.
He was also the executive producer of two television documentaries, CNN Presents’ Deadlock: Russia’s Forgotten
War.

of Global Zero, a movement calling for the elimination of nuclear weapons.
“ Under the current nuclear strike protocol, [Trump] can consult any and all – or none – of his national security

“If he gave the green light using his nuclear codes, a launch order the length of a tweet would be transmitted
and carried out within a few minutes. I could fire my missiles 60 seconds after receiving an order.
There would be no recalling missiles fired from silos and submarines.”..'
