Lol.. your reaction is quite similar to mine when he said that... but, if you let it set with you for a while you will see it makes perfect sense.
He's not suggesting she is in a position that has any power, he was suggesting some little position where she cannot hurt anything.. just to clarify..
But if you let it set with you for a while, you may agree it is a genius idea, and would work if we could all forgive Trump for it.. lol.
