Tore, of The Tore Says Show, claims to be a time traveler. Not the kind that came back from the future, but the kind who can "travel places in time" in her spirit body and see things. She worked with the government in deeply-guarded secret operations. I used to listen to her shows on DLive, but she has recently started charging for a subscription to listen on Twitch. (I think it's Twitch; might be some other platform.)

On to Deja vu...
I've always believed that this is a memory one has of being in a certain place, or knowing a certain person, in a previous lifetime. The memory slips in as a glimpse from that lifetime into this lifetime.
There are also those who say that certain memories will be allowed into our consciousness to let us know we are on the right path.
You see, with reincarnation it is believed that we each plan out our life path before coming here. When Deja vu occurs, it's just us remembering this part of our planning.
I've experienced Deja vu so many times, I've lost count. It sure is a strange feeling; one that leaves the experiencer with his/her mouth dropped, standing as a statue in disbelief, appearing dazed and confused, usually.
Time Travel? Yes, I believe it is possible. I think The Powers That Be already have it all figured out, but can't allow it to become known to the public due to the negative consequences if it were to fall in the wrong hands.
Certainly a very interesting topic.
