Another Mass Shooting - This time at Church

Watching the press conference now, they are saying that a resident grabbed his rifle and stopped the shooting. He was wearing a bullet proof vest but the "resident" shot him, caused the suspect to drop his rifle, and he fled the scene. 

Good guy with a gun very well could have prevented this from topping Vegas as the worst mass shooting in history... For what it's worth at this point
