The bogus number was derived by a blogger in Australia who cherry picked numerouse thesis, yunno the ones that are pro-GW.
And came up with the far-fetched number that he did, of 97%.
When others went behind him and studied ALL the various thesis on GW, the statistics dropped down to about fifty-fifty ....half of the scientists were not behind GW.
Also, Trump is not the first President to pull out of a treaty that has to do with climate change.
And yes, the outrage was the same when Pres.Bush decided to pull out of the Keyoto treaty.

But as one guy stated, you do not need to be part of a 'treaty' to tackle emissions.
