But if she gave her consent to make the video, then surely it belongs to both parties (just playing devil's advocate here).   Whose property is it really? The person who owned the camera recording, or the computer it was transferred to? All very grey areas, and I think this whole revenge porn thing is ugly, careers could be destroyed, as this lady is experiencing.  Wonder if his career is flourishing.

Don't get me wrong he is a douchebag and should not have done this for revenge, just move on mate and find someone new.  If you want to hurt/punish someone like this then you still have feelings, imho.
