Heal by sound ?
#1
Using different frequencies to heal the body; sounds like a bunch of New Age crystal rubbing B.S. maybe to some, but "what if" there is something to this .

The claims are anything between 40 Hz and 500+hertz frequencies all have different effects on the human body for healing.... There are several YT videos about this stuff which I have not watched however this particular video will give you enough information to see if you are interested.. Now, if true that certain frequencies are beneficial, then there may also be harmful frequencies too....Hummmm ??

Yeah i listen to stuff like that a lot. Daily.

I do not think it has much to do with healing. It is more like a temporary relief, at least to me it is.

Have you heard about brown noise?

"Brown noise lowers the higher frequencies even more. It's a bit “rougher” than pink noise and resembles the roar of a river current or strong wind. Common benefits associated with brown noise are relaxation, improved focus, and of course, sleep improvement."

Hey, also a word of warning!

Youtube is full of videos (music) of certain frequencies, claiming to attract wealth, in your life. Money.

NEVER listen to those! It attracts bad energies, and bad energies only. Money comes via other means.

I think there's something to it. I downloaded a bunch of solfeggio tones and had just started listening to those when I had that dream about Guohua passing away. (though I didn't know at the time the dream was in reference to her until Ninurta had announced it almost a week later. All I can say is she must have made quite the splash and the whole universe rippled.) I've never had a dream like that before. I'm still a little shaken by it.

I originally got the tones because of certain feminine issues. I figured, what the hey. Its only sound. What's the worst that could happen? Nothing? But, since I've been listening to them as I sleep, I feel lighter emotionally. I feel like I sleep better too. And so, here I am, a month later, still putting them on before I go to bed.

Also to add: My cats seem calmer too. One of my boys can be a little high strung.

When it comes to things like that, I have trust issues. Not that I've had bad experiences or anything like that though, it's just a lack of trust. I think our subliminal machine is extremely strong but can be so easily manipulated.

When it comes to ears, music is my mojo. It can calm me down, or crank me up, make me smile or make me cry. OK. Maybe not cry but feel really melancholic.

Nature have a different scale of feelings for me as well. The ocean waves, a little creek or Niagara Falls can have a different effect on me.

Thus, I avoid frequency thingies. But that's just me.
