Below is a list of things President Trump hopes to accomplish during his second term.  Read over them and discuss anything you disagree with, or tell us what you would like to see added.

President Trump, on the eve of the Republican National Convention, released a list of the core priorities he intends to achieve should he win a second term in office. For his voting base, there’s a lot of red meat; from rebuilding the economy via an aggressive job-creation program through to funding and hiring more police officers, there is very little that would cause an uproar among those who voted Republican in 2016. But this election is not about just the committed Trump voters, it’s about which candidate can win over the independents.

I would like to see 5G taken off the list completely, but I know he has to keep up with China to avoid them becoming dominate in the tech world.
A person RedPill78 interviewed last week who is very knowledgeable in this field, said the 5G President Trump uses in the U.S. won't be as harmful to humans as the China version, but it will still be harmful to a degree. In my opinion, any harm is too much harm. 

I would also like to see something about free energy being rolled out, but that would take away too many jobs in the oil industry, and we would lose our standing with the rest of the world.  So... that ain't going to happen.    

I'd also like to see him acknowledge that we have been visited by other life not from this world.

I would also like to see those who live on Social Security not have a cap on $1,200 per month.  For some people, that's all they have. Any increase they get once a year for cost of living goes right into the increase in their health care premiums. Not fair at all.

I'm liking these ideas, who wouldn't ? Seems good in every detail. I am hesitant of rebuilding everything that has been burnt down with federal funds in any way. BLM, you burn it down, you live with it. That goes for all arson communities like Seattle and Portland, wherever the dammage occurred.

It looks like a Christmas and New Year resolution list. Many of us make great resolutions that go forgotten two weeks after making them. And we wish for things that we realize too late, we were better off without.

A lot of manufacturing was removed from the US because they were too expensive to make here, because of their toxic effect on our environment. With a government as corrupt as ours even a EPA that was honest and had real teeth, would be more than challenged to keep our, air, soil, and water safe.

I am very concerned with his plans for ramping up a police force that obviously needs some swamp draining of its own. 

The medical industry is built around a massively powerful pharmaceutical industry,  that is why they are called medical doctors. So killing the goose is not going to yeild the results he may be looking for.

We have some serious problems in America that were centuries in the making. As wonderful as it may sound to some, Trump, is not our God sent saviour.  He is not going to be able to make many changes that will go beyond words on a piece of paper.

The only way we are going to see real change in America is to stop expecting the government to rescue us from ourselves. 

I am afraid we may be too far gone at this point, and we will just have to live with what we asked for. 

We don't have to compete with China. Chinese people have been wearing masks for years, because of the poor air quality. The people are controlled with a government backed police state. The people of China are servants to merciless governmental control. 

How do you compete with that without becoming that?

I don't believe Trump has the desire or the power to actually do half of what is on that list. I believe they are just a bunch of political promises that will go back in the drawer until another election. And I pray on my knees I am right. 

I honestly believe that Trump may actually believe some of his own hype. This is not a real anti-Trump post. I sure as hell, would not encourage a vote for Biden. I am equal in my distrust and dislike for both parties. 

But you know that already.

I don't doubt that all of it "can" be done. 

I am just not sure all of it should be done.

And I truly doubt that it will be done.

A lot of what is on that list creates a set of problems that will may create bigger problems than we are ready have.

I don't expect as much from Trump as his followers do. He doesn't have to sell me because I don't overlook his limitations and I know he is only human.

I'm not sure all of it should be done either but most of it sounds good and if he can achieve half of it then it will still be 1000% better than what the swamp swimmers are planning.

It's ok - 5G is coming whether we like it or not. Not to worry... I can confidently state that there will be no operational transmitters or repeaters within a 1 mile radius of my house, and I highly recommend other folks see to it that it is likewise in their neighborhoods.

Let the city-dwelling denizens and the tech kiddies die from their own folly - I'm not going to die from theirs. I have my own follies to deal with.

I live only one mile from the city limits, although you'd never know it based on my house location and all the surrounding woods.  Usually, whatever goes for the city ends up making it's way to the immediate outskirts too, in time.
People demand it; ignorant people. That's what troubles me.
If I see plans to expand it here, I'll be packing my bags. Hubby can come with me, or he can stay here, his choice.
