Maxine Waters opened her mouth again, so you know she lied. 
She is seeding the minds of the Left now that if Donald Trump loses the election he will use the military to fight off anyone who tries to remove him from the White House. She is implanting the idea that him using the military now is a trial run.

Do any of you watch the President's press briefings? He just told the other day that he had been on the phone with the governors and mayors and they were very nice to him and seemed to want his help, but then when they got in front of the media they spoke about him like... well, like they do all the time. They have to keep up the optics for their overlords.
Well, Maxine, throwing people in vehicles is what happens when they get arrested for trying to destroy federal property. It should be what the police there do when they destroy ANY property too, but the mayors are too weak to enforce the constitutional laws.
And, as far as "what a dictator would do", you and your cohorts are leading Americans exactly to a dictatorship if you have your way. Can you say China?
He will pull out when the democrat "leaders" decide to do their job and stop the lawlessness. Not before!
Someone has to protect the innocent who live in these areas.
He isn't saying he will call for a civil war if he loses. He is saying his base KNOWS he has enough support to win. So if he were to lose, his base would probably rise up on their own because we would know the Left cheated to win.
