Quote:California to register illegal aliens to vote – automatically
Yes, that's right.
Quote:Court orders government to do so for all driver's licenses issued
That was a Court in California Of-Course.
Quote:WASHINGTON – California will take the next step in blurring the lines between citizens and non-citizens beginning April Fool’s Day when the state complies with a court order to begin automatically registering to vote all those who are granted driver’s licenses.
The state has long provided driver’s licenses to all who simply claimed, without proof, that they were citizens of in the country legally. There were no checks made or documentation required.
But beginning April 1 every person who gets a California driver’s license will be automatically entitled to vote.
“We are very pleased that Californians will have easier access to voter registration,” said Jeremiah Levine, an attorney with Morrison Foerster who represented the voting-rights groups. “We are especially satisfied that changes will be made before California’s statewide and federal primary elections.”

Then any and all Federal elections Votes from the State of California should be null and void.
Say goodbye to those 55 electoral votes.

So if this madness continues to abound and gender, racial and legal-State-inhabitant preferences are seen as not a problem...
basically anyone around the world can decide that on an election day, that they are a Californian and vote!
Maybe pushing the State out into the Pacific is the only answer.

I'm all for negating California votes in any and all national level elections.
Will those bastards hurry up and secede, already? "DO IT first and ONLY THEN brag about it" has always been my motto!
They are also trying to bleed the U.S. dry by suing to make the Federal government reinstate the tax credits for their state so that they can continue to ass-rape America by charging way too high state taxes to their citizens and then laying the bill for that at Federal feet, making the Feds give their citizens the taxes back that their state ripped them off for - effectively double-dipping their taxes, and sticking the rest of us with THEIR bill!
They can kiss my ass - but they should realize first that in order to get close enough to do so, they'll have to come within rifle range...

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.
Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

(Slightly off-topic)
At my last appearance at LAX, two plain-clothes security guys approached my family and I and asked
to look in our belongings. Having sent our suitcases into the system, they wished to peruse the contents
of our hand-luggage. This will be nearly ten years ago.
After failing to find anything disturbing -and after being disappointed to hear that Mackeson Stout beer wasn't
has prevalent in Britain as it used to be (don't ask!)... they moved off towards a couple who had a cardboard
box sitting close by.
Whilst one man checked their satchels, the other chap examined the box that held a slender china figurine that
the female of the couple had mentioned was a gift for a parent. (Yer' a real nosy-bugger, BIAD!)
As they chatted to the guy searching their satchels, the other spent his time wondering how to re-attach the
head of the statue he had just knocked off!
Suddenly, with a look at his companion, the men said all was okay and moved off to continue their diligence
in the busy airport.
Does quickly re-packing scrunched-up newspaper around a broken ornament assist in repairing...?
It must do, because the man who high-moral standing for our safety never mentioned he'd knackered the
couple's gift to them!

♆DENVER GIVES SANCTUARY TO ILLEGAL DRUG TRAFFICKERS
Denver Police Hands Tied With Threats Of Job Loss, Fines, And/Or Imprisonment If They Contact ICE About Illegal Immigrants
Millie Weaver
Democrat politicians turn Denver into a Sanctuary City to protect illegal immigrants from deportation -- while at the same time, they have created a safe haven for heroin drug traffickers. Denver police have had their hands tied with threats of job loss, fines, and or imprisonment if they contact ICE to report or communicate about illegal immigrants that have been detained. City ordinances have been enacted to make life for immigrants easier by lessening the penalty for public urination and defication as well as camping. Courts have also started to allow illegal immigrants privileges to send in pleas for lesser crimes via mail so they can avoid risk of deportation at court houses by ICE.

Well to Honest, California and their Governor Moonbeam Brown and their Legislative Body have some Really Stupid Laws they have imposed.
Quote:California's enacted and potential bans: From internal combustion engines to plastic bags
Yes if you want a plastic bag, it's 10 cents per bag.
OH,,, ban gas and diesel engines, how do you get to work? Walk, Bike or buy a 200,000 dollar Tesla or,,,,,,,, just have the Government support you!!!!!
Quote:From bans on plastic bags to preventing the sale of foie gras, California has enacted plenty of new rules within the past few years in hopes of improving both the environment and quality of life.
Despite these efforts, the Golden State has somehow still ranked dead last – behind New Jersey and Indiana – among U.S. states in quality of life, according to a study by U.S. News.
Each state was judged on both natural environment and social environment.
"A person's quality of life is largely a result of their interactions with those around them," the magazine wrote.
U.S. News also ranked each state in seven other areas, which were weighted based on a survey that determined their importance to the public: health care, education, economy, opportunity, infrastructure, crime and corrections and fiscal stability.
Though the state seemed to fail U.S. News' tests, that doesn't mean politicians are ready to give up. Here's a look at some bans the state has enforced (or might soon).
Quote:Pet stores selling non-rescue animals
California will become the first state to prohibit pet stores from selling dogs, cats or rabbits that aren't rescues, thanks to legislation signed by Gov. Jerry Brown in October.
Starting in January 2019, pet stores will be required to obtain animals from “a public animal control agency or shelter, society for the prevention of cruelty to animals shelter, humane society shelter, or rescue group … that is in a cooperative agreement with at least one private or public shelter.” Stores will face up to $500 fines for the sale of each animal that is not determined to be a rescue, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The bill's passage also makes California the first state to ban the sale of animals from so-called puppy mills or mass breeding.
Yea, Gov. Moonbeam,,,, you really believe that well stop Puppy Mills!! ?? You are as Stupid as a Moonbeam.
But,,, That's Not ALL!
Quote:Plastic bags
California became the first state in the U.S. to ban single-use plastic bags in 2015, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. Businesses that continue to offer the bags have to charge customers a fee.
They're using Paper Again,,,,, What About The Trees!???
Quote:Travel
California blocked state-funded travel to multiple states in June that had what the state attorney general considered anti-LGBT policies. Those states were: Alabama, Kentucky, South Dakota and Texas.
Non-essential state-funded travel was already banned from Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee.
Please, Please, Please Put Arizona on that list,,,,,,,
Quote:Certain pets
California bars the possession of certain “restricted animals” without a specific permit, including hamsters, ferrets and gerbils.
Hedgehogs, certain parakeets and piranhas are also banned from being kept as pets.
Quote:Cars with internal combustion engines
Cars with internal combustion engines could soon be banned in California.
Mary Nichols, the California Air Resources Board chair, told Bloomberg that Gov. Jerry Brown is interested in a potential ban. However, she said banning cars with internal combustion engines wouldn’t happen in the next 10 years.

Quote:California could ban cars with internal combustion engines, regulator says
Seriously! These people are Stupid, what tell you read what Gov. Moonbeam asked.
Quote:The Chair of the California Air Resources Board (CARB), told Bloomberg that Governor Jerry Brown has raised the subject with her.
“I’ve gotten messages from the governor asking, ‘Why haven’t we done something already?’” Nichols said.

FINALLY
Quote:Trump DOJ sues California over 'interference' with immigration enforcement
California,,,,,, You're going to lose this,,,, federal laws overrides state laws when it applies to Immigration.
Quote:The Trump Justice Department filed a lawsuit Tuesday night against California, saying three recently-passed state laws were deliberately interfering with federal immigration policies.
It marked the latest legal and political confrontation with the nation's most populous state, which the federal government says has repeatedly stood in the way of its plans to step up enforcement actions in the workplace and against criminal aliens.
"The Department of Justice and the Trump Administration are going to fight these unjust, unfair, and unconstitutional policies," Attorney General Jeff Sessions was expected to tell California law enforcement officers on Wednesday. "We are fighting to make your jobs safer and to help you reduce crime in America."
The state's Democratic governor, Jerry Brown, fired back: “At a time of unprecedented political turmoil, Jeff Sessions has come to California to further divide and polarize America. Jeff, these political stunts may be the norm in Washington, but they don’t work here. SAD!!!”
