A Bangladeshi man reportedly inspired by ISIS set off a pipe bomb inside New York's Port Authority bus terminal during rush hour Monday morning, sowing mass chaos but causing few injuries -- likely because the "attempted terrorist" detonated his "low-tech device" prematurely.

Akayed Ullah, 27, set off the "effectively low-tech device" in a subway passageway just before 7:30 a.m., New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a news conference. Ullah, who lived in Brooklyn, suffered burns and wounds to his abdomen and hands and appeared to be the only person seriously injured in the pipe bomb explosion, authorities said.

At least three other people suffered minor injuries, including ringing in the ears and headaches. They are in stable condition and expected to be released later Monday, the hospital said in a statement to Fox News.

“This is New York, the reality is that we are a target by many who would like to make a statement against democracy, against freedom," Cuomo said.
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said the explosion "was an attempted terrorist attack," adding there was no additional known threat to New York City. Authorities are investigating transit system video that captured the incident.

"Thank God the perpetrator did not achieve his ultimate goals," de Blasio said.

Ullah's attack was inspired by ISIS, but he had no direct contact with the terrorist group, law enforcement officials said. When asked if Ullah made statements about ISIS, NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill said the suspect did makes statements, but he did not go into detail about what was said.
Ullah strapped the crude pipe bomb to his body with Velcro and zip ties. The suspect allegedly packed the 5-inch metal pipe bomb and battery pack into the right side of his jacket, but the device exploded earlier than intended, law enforcement sources told The New York Post. The suspect told police he made the bomb at the electrical company where he works, The New York Post reported.

A large police presence was spotted soon after the explosion in a section of Brooklyn that boasts a significant Bangladeshi population.
An NYPD source on the scene at Port Authority told Fox News a device went off, and there was a bomb strapped to a person. The Port Authority Police Benevolent Association said it's officers took down the suspect at gunpoint.

NYC mayor: Explosion was an attempted terrorist attack

President Trump was briefed on the incident, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders tweeted.

Monday's explosion is the second ISIS-inspired attack in New York City in less than two months. An Oct. 31 terror attack killed eight people and injured 11 others after a man drove a rented truck into people walking and cycling on a bike path in Lower Manhattan.
Several people wrote on social media shortly after reports of Monday's explosion that there was mass chaos at the bus terminal, some saying there was a "stampede" when the blast was heard.

A Greyhound bus driver told Fox News he heard a loud noise and was soon ordered by authorities to leave.
"I don't argue with the guns," the man said.

John, 25, was on his way to work when he heard about the explosion: "It's sad to say but it's just another day [here]."
"It's crazy. It's chaos right now," said Lisa, 53, who was visiting New York City from Columbus, Ohio. "You do hear about it or see it, but I wasn't expecting to see this on my run for Starbucks."

Port Authority is the largest bus terminal in the U.S., and about 232,000 commuters go through the area daily. The number of passengers is expected to jump to 337,000 daily by 2040.

The terminal reopened Monday morning after it was temporarily closed. Several subway lines were halted and redirected to bypass Times Square and Port Authority after the incident.

Deliberately, I sceptically watched the video, Mystic and all I can say is that there's too much relevant information
in all of Q's videos -and especially this one, that can be just coincidental.
Whoever this person is, he-or-she is very close to what is really going on.

Quote:New York City bombing suspect warned Trump he 'failed to protect US'

'Prosecutors have revealed the New York subway bomb suspect wrote on Facebook: "Trump, you failed to protect your nation."
Akayed Ullah has been charged with providing material support to terrorists and using weapons of mass destruction, following
a failed suicide bombing in New York on Monday.

Authorities say he set off a bomb underneath Times Square, in a busy passageway connecting a subway and the country's
largest bus terminal. Only Ullah was seriously hurt in the blast, which detonated during the Monday morning rush hour but
malfunctioned and resulted in panic and minor injuries for three people.

Law enforcement officials have said that Ullah looked at Islamic State propaganda online before the attempt, and later told
investigators he was retaliating against US military aggression. According to the criminal complaint against him, the 27-year-old
said "I did it for the Islamic State" after being taken to hospital with burn injuries to his body and hands.

FBI deputy commissioner John Miller said Ullah, who was originally from Bangladesh, had not been on the agency's radar before
Monday.

Donald Trump claimed the bombing highlighted a need for the extreme changes he has proposed to the US immigration system
-which he claims is "lax" and "allows far too many dangerous, inadequately vetted people" into the country. He called on Congress
to end chain migration, which allows family members to join relatives who have immigrated to the US, and said those convicted of
terror acts "deserve the strongest penalty allowed by law, including the death penalty."

The suspect's family have said they are "heartbroken" and deeply saddened by the suffering the attack has caused.
In a statement issued through the Council on American-Islamic Relations in New York, they said they were "outraged" by the way
law enforcement had responded to the case.

A teenage family member had been pulled from a class and questioned without a guardian or lawyer present, they said.

Bangladeshi authorities have been working to investigate Ullah and have learned that he has a wife and baby in his home

country, where he is not thought to have a criminal record. "A terrorist is a terrorist irrespective of his or her ethnicity or religion,
and must be brought to justice," the Bangladeshi government said in a statement...'

Yeah, the family are heartbroken. It's called taqiyya. Notice how they say 'home country'... how odd?!
