Isn't Chinese, but I find this Native American video very relaxing as I go about doing things inside the house, or just resting in the recliner.
I'm not a big fan of thunder/storms, but knowing it isn't really happening outside makes it okay. ![]() (11-18-2016, 06:37 PM)Mystic Wanderer Wrote: Isn't Chinese, but I find this Native American video very relaxing as I go about doing things inside the house, or just resting in the recliner. I was taught, Thunder Lightning and rain was Mother Earths Way of Cleaning and Recharging itself. So, it works for or Spirit as well, just to hear the sounds or better yet, stand in your shower and listen, find out if your not even more relaxed.

![]() A Great Stress and Pain Reliever. Quote:For over 4,000 years, the cannabis plant has been a reliable source for textile fibers, medicine and food. The Chinese, who are renowned for perfecting herbal medicine and concocting some of the earliest effective treatments against a range of debilitating conditions, were the first civilization to cultivate and use marijuana extensively. Ancient Chinese literature documents over 100,000 medicinal recipes and almost 2 million different types of drugs based almost exclusively on plants.Actually the treatment list is very long and Yes, it does work. Quote:During ancient times, its versatility and low toxicity had turned marijuana into the remedy of choice for most of the common ailments affecting the Chinese people. A wide range of symptoms, from moderate pain and inflammation to ulcerations, could be improved through the consumption of cannabis. What is truly remarkable about the Chinese approach is that they would try to use the entire plant in some form or another, thereby minimizing potential waste.Source Quote:Westerners have been led astray by a medical profession that requires us to wait for illness and then get treated for it.I didn't feel like writing this all our tonight so I researched my books on the net and copied and pasted for you. Plus their English is better than mine. Link Now a very good article on the history: Link

@"Mystic Wanderer" @"guohua" I got my berries the other day and they actually taste fantastic. It's funny because the bag says they go well in a granola mix, the minute I opened the bag up that's all I could smell: Granola Bar. But even raw and chewy they have a very good flavor. Thanks for the tip!

I like the sound of rain. As well as the way water laps up on the beach or the side of a boat when fishing. Ha. Something about it is soothing to me. And yes, I so much do miss our days when we used to go fishing all the time. Nothing like getting out in the middle of the lake/pond and hearing nothing but the water slapping against the boat and Mother Natures birds, crickets, frogs.......sigh. (((happy grin))) Okay, going to listen to your video for a bit. Thanks for sharing. - - - - - ETA: not the best, but here are videos of water sounds....

Thanks for the tip! You're very welcome and you should be noticing results in your energy and general feeling in about a week if you eat a fist full a day.
