Outstanding thread of information.
The OP, though, was so long (while fully loaded with critical information) I had to take two smoke breaks and start a new pot of coffee.
I'm glad you got this up (for reference sake), but would like to have seen it 'broken down' into multiple posts...like "Page 1", "Page 2", etc...for Digestibility's sake (for the weak-minded, like myself).
Also - at some point, the acronyms all start blurring together... Dumb readers (again - like myself, for example) with minimal remaining attention spans (MRAS's) NEED your help...if this information is to have a sustained impact (SI
