I think we have arrived. But it is still in it's infancy.
I had lunch with friends the other day and it was extremely pleasant. Three different age groups. Two different belief systems, one with American citizenship, originally from a Slavic country, and we managed to get through four hours without politics coming up once.
Much like the dinner I had last week, and a party I attended a few weeks before.
It seems when I step away from the internet, and socialize with real people in the real world, almost all of the hate and division I see drowning the internet disappears.
I live in a rural area, but I spend a lot of time in the city, and once in a while I have to go into the less than desirable areas.
So far I have not run into any zombies. I don't think it is luck. I just don't think the invasion has started here yet.
For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.
Yet I still post.
