I made a steak and kidney pie over the weekend with neeps and tatties on the side. I'm certain my greenhouse gasses were much increased over the duration of the processing of the pie.
On the other hand, I haven't driven anywhere for four days, and we spent most of the weekend gardening and making coconut oil. Oh yeah, and watching silly crap on T.V.
Offset: We make 75% of our home power.
Okay, we're boomers, and really gassy.
