While I have no idea, I will live far out in the hinterlands to see what happens. I'm sure I will be part of Phase II but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
What puzzles me is what do they expect to get, what profit, from a people whom they allow to have nothing but what they are given? I know what is expected from farm animals...
