Perhaps Hollow Earth isn't such a fairy tale? Who knows these days..... I've seen too many things I was sure would never be seen...to doubt anything with a smidgen of possibility.
I personally believe - and I have NO evidence for this, either way - that they are inter-dimensional. I have no doubt they are real, as in actual physical objects, but cannot fathom how they would travel here from other stars in THIS universe due to the vast distances involved. Maybe the UMMO papers could provide a potential explanation for that, but it seems to me more likely that they are crossing in from other dimensions, other universes parallel to this one.
If that is the fact, then they could be foreign from other space, other time, or other places... or some combination of all of the above.
The fact alone that they do not possess either control or lift surfaces, yet can perform complex and rapid maneuvers in spite of that, would indicate that they are far in advance of anything ANY nation here has, in terms of technology.
