The possibility also exist that she had a VERY close, unhealthily close, relationship with her daddy... there is a school of psychological thought that stipulates that sort of thing leads to an astounding degree of profligacy in later life...
Then there is Ned, a guy down at the bar, who ONLY targets women who have "daddy issues", for much the same reasoning...
I reckon it may just be a matter of which side of that fence one is standing on as to how they view it.
