Relax, folks. This can be handled without coming to blows. I'm no stranger to public slug-fests, but this ain't one of them, or at least it doesn't need to be.

As has been pointed out to me, not by MSB, and not by Freija, either, the general public does not understand there is a difference between them and genuine transsexuals, and tends to lump them together into the same wicker basket. Freija is acutely aware that there is a difference, and moreover realizes that most folks don't understand that difference. All she is doing is trying to educate the public on that, to help other folks from making asses of themselves in adult conversation.
So, while the posts ARE somewhat off-topic, they are at least peripheral, as well as enlightening and educational if one takes the time to read them. It's not everyone who has access to an individual "on the inside" of the issue, so to speak, and we are fortunate that we have such a person to enlighten us.
On the plus side, the fact that folks realize there IS a difference to even be upset about "off-topic" posts is a good sign that she at least left a mark, and made the point.
If you don't want to read the posts, scroll on by. Stay in the dark. no harm, no foul. You are clearly not the person to be educated.
In the meantime, while you are scrolling, I'll try to get this sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.
