Well it's been a month and a half 'about' and I can say all seems well. I also quit one of my medications that I was taking, it was wreaking havoc on my intestinal tract. Quitting that, and just time has brought me around full circle it seems. Naps are still a pleasant commodity, but being 69 it's not an unusual or uncommon pastime. I am still glad I did it, and it was not without somewhat severe side effects for me. But then, to a 30 year old, it would pretty much of been a piece of cake. one or two skank days at most.
