In some cases we saw it happening, we just didn't think it would ever affect us.
Yeah, I think it was about a quarter of the way through Bush Jr's administration that I looked around and said "waitadamnminute! This ain't right!" and started fighting again... but by then it appears to have been too late. The Fix was already in.
